It was very good. My only complaint was the bed pillows; they were too thick. You should have alternative, thinner pillows. My spine is sensitive and the thick ones made me very stiff and I ended up getting a muscle spasm in my back.

The 1 bedroom suite and a second 2 bedroom suite were perfect for our families. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Good sized bedrooms, baths, closets, and living area. Very helpful staff. Hotel van dropped us all off at hockey game.

The stay was quite nice aside from the 2 fire alarms that got pulled at 2am by a homeless person that was allowed access to the building. Ruined an entire night of sleep between business meetings, while we waited outside for the fire department to do their checks.
Returned to the hotel late the following night after dinner and was not questioned by anyone when I walked in. This did not give me confidence in their security team nor does it show they learned from the experience the previous evening.

Having the bedroom was a nice bonus but the blinds are definitely not black out and having a frosted door on the bedroom wasn’t ideal when trying to nap a toddler.
I’m not a picky traveler but I was
Very unhappy with check out, finding out I had to pay an extra $20 for parking when I had already spending $300 for one night was a little ridiculous. When booking it said parking was available there was nothing stating it was an additional $20 which was a big bummer we had a great stay but probably won’t be back I think parking should be included especially when your guests are spending a lot of money to be staying at your hotel

We stayed 2 nights, locat is fantastic for sights around downtown Victoria, only had a portable AC unit in one room, so do not go when it's really hot. They have valet park, but didn't tell us until we had already scoured for a parking spot, we even asked if they had other handicapped parking, and didn't tell us about the valet parking until after. That customer service could have used a lot of help.

Wanted to love this sweet and cute locally owned hotel conveniently located near the harbour. The room was well appointed, amenities good, no extra fees for parking and excellent helpful staff, but as mentioned by a few other guests, the walls are thin and sound can be heard from other rooms. Now normal sounds, no problem. But the hotel has adult films channel, which the drunken neighbouring room was enjoying throughly.
Hotels will say ‘set parental controls’ but my kid has already grabbed the remote and checked out the tv/movie platforms as I’m busy unpacking. It’s just tacky at an upscale hotel- period. But especially unfortunate at a hotel that already has noise leakage issues.
For this reason, we won’t be back.

Very spacious and nice location, great service but the room is a bit of outdated.Nice thing is it has the balcony! And you must try the breakfast on the top floor restaurant.

Breakfast in the restaurant was great on 18th floor. Also offer gluten free options so that was nice. Did kind an old potato chip behind the pillow on the sofa!!

Great location, walkable. Nice property, well appointed lobby. Room was spacious. Only problem was the AC. No central AC so the standing unit only cooled the 1 bedroom. But the weather was nice, so that worked in our favor.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful! Our suite had a separate room and kitchenette. The location is walkable to everything. The parkade was $20.00 a night. The hotel is on a hill from town. Going down a breeze, going home it is a climb. We loved our vacation in Victoria and stay at Chateau Victoria.
