You are paying for the view of the Eiffel at this hotel. The room is dated, our coffee machine was broken. It’s further from everything. If you want the photos from your balcony, stay here one night and be more central for the rest of your trip.

The hotel has amazing location with a view of the Eiffel Tower which is within walkable distance. A big one is that their rooftop venue which they include in their hotel pics and is a major feature of why we booked was not open. There was nothing to detail this would not be open when booking.
You pay a 5 star price for the view yet the service fails, little things like not being able to check in until 4pm and being told they will ring you when it’s ready and then not being rang when you are remaining in the area for this reason.
Everything needs to be considered in the context of a 5 star and we are talking a Mandarin or Annatara hotel which their price bracket places them roughly alongside. Things like limited toiletries or the handwashing dispenser being stuck and. It working. Small things but for premium price you expect premium service.
Overall it was ok but if it was not for the amazing room view I would be disappointed. Take away that amazing room view and I would not book into this hotel.

Amazing!! Had the best view. Especially when its raining pullman is the answer to have the best spot for the eiffel tower.

The staff went above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. The breakfast was delicious and many choices. The hotel was in a prime location right near the Eiffel Tower. A very good choice if staying in Paris.

You are paying for the view, Room is standard and on its own not worth the money.
Reception check in is very cumbersome and slow.

The hotel is very romantic right next to the Eiffel Tower I have been here before however I always pay for breakfast this time they couldn’t find my breakfast and wanted to pay again and it took more than 30 mins to fix which ruined my activity as I missed it 😡

We were really looking forward to this trip and the hotel stay. We emailed in advance and inquired about accommodations including two double beds and a sofa sleeper on a "high" floor. We were told to inquire upon check in. That did not work out at all and none of our requests were accommodated. That was the point of inquiring in advance.
Some of the staff were efficient but not at all friendly.
Which is odd for hospitality.... The room was tiny, in need of updates and in immediate need of a thorough cleaning. The shower is so filthy we wore pool shoes in the shower. Same with the carpet which included a HUGE stain under the small sofa which we had to reposition in order to use.
There were only two sets of towels in a room shared by three. We had to request towels twice.
We thought we'd paid for breakfast daily but discovered that was not included. Breakfast in the Frame Restaurant is $35 per person per day - quite a lot if you just want a light breakfast in the morning.
This is a great location if you wish to be near the metro from the airport and in very close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. But overall, if felt a bit like price-gouging while other amenities important to a pleasant stay are severely overlooked....

I arrived early to drop off my one bag to explore. A woman behind the desk gave me permission to drop off my luggage, I only wanted to freshen up first. When I went to do off my bag at the desk, Kuodio helped me. After i stayed i only wanted to drop off my bag, he told me i had to check in. I told him I have no problem checking in and I can just put it in my room. He then begins talking with another woman and being rude, ignoring me. When the woman leaves he develops am attitude telling me I had to pay. I was confused since I already paid for the room and only wanted to drop off my bag early. He tried to make me check in but without a key because there was no line now. I told him I would have to get on line to get the key when I come back so I would rather do it all at once. He had a very rude attitude when I restated I only wanted to drop off my bag. At every other European hotel this has not been a problem but he made quite a bad taste in my mouth because of his attitude and it took an unnecessary long time.
The room is okay. I purchased the upper floor eiffel tower deluxe room with the balcony. Stained counter tops, no screens on the door so mosquitoes were in the room all night. There's a shower with the movable stream but the wall stations are awkward heights and angles.
The menu for room services is pretty much only breakfast options and alcoholic beverages. Book the restaurants in advance. You're paying for the view for sure.

The tower is literally 5min walk from this hotel. The only thing is I didn’t get to have dinner at the rooftop because Toyota decided to rent it for 2 months due to the Olympics. Otherwise service is excellent , everyone is friendly.

Our stay at the Pullman Hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice and Air conditioned coming in from city touring on hot summer day.Our hotel room was just what we booked online. The perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff member at check-in process making us feel welcomed to the hotel and country. The only disappointing factor was getting change for larger euro to smaller euro bills at the front desk was difficult.

We checked into our room with a garden view and balcony. Upon entering the room, the carpet was stained, walls were stained and paint chipping, and the bathroom had a musky smell. When attempting to use the electrical power outlets in our room, we found 1 of 9 were operable. The room phone uses a tablet system to operate and the outlet it was plugged into did not work so we could not call the front desk. Using the bathroom sink, it was clogged and would not drain. Using the shower, the shower door does not cover more than 36 inches and water splashes all over the bathroom floor, drenching the floor for when you get out which explains the musky smell of the room. The minimum, when checking in and out the attendants were friendly. This however does not make up for less than acceptable accommodations. I will not recommend this property to anyone in the future.
