I have been staying at this property for decades as it has gone through various names and ownership. What was once an affordable, nice hotel has gone down hill in a major way over the past couple years and I can say, definitively, that I won't be staying here again. The rooms have not been updated in years and are definitely showing wear and tear. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels are sub-par at best. The staff is rude & unhelpful and the amenities are basically non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Horrible. If I could give 0 I would. I don’t no recommend staying there. Smelled like smoked. Pretty sure people live there. Shower backed up and wouldn’t drain. Floor looked like a dog scratched it for hours. Bed were ok. Weren’t nice when we asked for extra towels. Keys never worked I had to get them fixed multiple times.

The facility was worn out. Our first room, actually the entire fourth floor smelled like a smoky casino. The pleasant and accommodating staff gave us a different room on a different floor. The towels were worn out and had holes. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

The bathroom was visibly dirty, when housekeeping came in to the room on the next day no effort was made to clean it. The toilet has mold stains that could have been easily cleaned. Mold build up doesn't happen overnight, so this was days in the making. There was long hair on the shower wall. The mirror over the sink had water and toothpaste stains. They could have definitely tried harder.

When we went into our room, the smell of must or mold overcame you. It increased when we used the air conditioning. The towels were hard and scratchy and the bed skirt had a stain on it. The bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled like the red of the room and my husband woke up with bug bites. My thought is that some people live in the hotel.

When we went into our room, the smell of must or mold overcame you. It increased when we used the air conditioning. The towels were hard and scratchy and the bed skirt had a stain on it. There is no “full service” to the rooms. The only thing they will do is take out the trash and leave clean towels. I discovered this because the first night we stayed, I asked the front desk around 9:30AM if we needed to put something on the door for the room to be cleaned, and she said not that they are on the floor now. When we arrived back between 10-11, the room was the same way we left it. I called front desk and they said they do not do full service. Then the manager called back and said we would need to tell them before 12 if we want our room serviced, so I told him we just talked to someone that morning. He then said he would make sure that it would be done the next day. Of course, when we got back to the hotel the next day, same thing-room was left the same way we left it. I called down to the front desk and they said they do not do full service unless it’s once a week for longer stays. During check out the next morning, I was told I would get a call to discuss and to this day I have yet to receive a call. We checked in on 9/6 and checked out on 9/9. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

While the room was clean there was no ice bucket no coffee set ups and nothing extra in care for night. However when I went to the desk they provided me with coffee a bag for ice and extra toothbrush and toothpaste. They were very kind and accommodating to my requests. Ice bucket necessary for keeping drinks cold when there is no refrigerator in the room!

Parking was almost full by the time I got there but all n all the room was good I feel the soap options can improve
