This hotel was close to Stone Mountain. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and kind. However, the building needed some care. The elevators were past due on their checkup. The carpeting in the halls, as well as the rooms, needed to be vacuumed. The doors were a bit beat up. Management needed to clean carpets, and do some care on the building. My husband and I are part of a facilities team for a church, and know what it takes to keep a building looking well cared for, and well maintained. This building needs some of that TLC. It was a non-smoking building, but I did see one man smoke inside, and I smelled marijuana. The breakfast was nice, and they had a staff of 2 or three manning it and keeping the tables clean. It was only a couple of miles from 2 grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The breakfast was really good. Full breakfast offered with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and and an assortment of breads. The bed was comfortable and room clean. Only drawback was that hotel very dated. Hallway carpets really old and smelled like a locker room.

The desk staff were not very friendly & the common areas were not very clean looking or smelling. Luckily the room itself was better, but I wouldn't stay a second time.

This site reeked of mildew. It consumed the entire property. I smelled it as soon as I entered the hotel lobby and it invaded the entire 3rd floor.

I recently I stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority. The room was is in horrible condition; there was visible dirt in the carpets and the feeling walking barefoot sickened me, and to my horror we found feces in the hallway. I was very disturbed by the fact that when we called the front desk about the issue they told us that, " it will be dealt with in the morning". Something like that is a biohazard. To make matters, there were blood stains on the bed sheet. The overall filth and lack of hygiene were beyond unacceptable. This stay was not only disappointing but also deeply concerning. I would strongly advise against booking here until they address these major issues. The night desk lady was nice though. (P.S we found a liquor bottle under the bed.)

Staff was Greta; however, the room was dirty. Tile floor was slippery and dirty. Floor in bathroom had P hair and we had to get slippers to wear around. The bed next to window had brown stains all around box spring. Beds super hard and uncomfortable. Ceiling tiles by elevators were stained and looked moldy, dust was come through open areas, at least I think it was dust could have been more mold stains. We decided not to stay the second night, and went home early. Again the staff was great, but hotel needs some work.

Our neighbor next door flooded his room and it came into our room and wet some of our items that was sitting on the floor…. We tried to move into another room but none were available at the time, the maintenance guy tried to get up as much as possible but it was still wet with an odor. We placed towels on the floor just to walk around the room and when we asked for fresh towels they were all out due to being booked for the weekend and the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday

We arrived earlier than check in time the first that was there was working with us to get a clean room but once she was off shift the next lady was very nasty and rude and don’t let us get a room for hours she didn’t give us a room until she heard me say I was calling corporate office
