I had higher expectations as hotel has a name. For a busy weekend, frustrating that only one staff available. Our issue was not addressed as promised.

It was tricky getting to #355 room.
Up the elevator to 2nd floor, turn left walk about 500 ft. Take another elevator up to third floor and the room was right there. That was the west wing..

Upon arrival I didn’t realize there would be no windows at all in the room to the outside, only one window to the pool. There was no peephole so there was no way of knowing who was outside your door when someone was knocking which made me uncomfortable especially with children. Also the pool area was so loud you could hear all the people inside our room like we left the door open. Also when using the pool there were dirty wet towels left everywhere. The worst part was the splash pad area, the whole reason I booked this hotel was closed which was very inconvenient with a three year old. While using the pool we also watched 12-15 year old kids running all over unsupervised and curse. We even watched on group pull the fire alarm. No staff every said anything Evenually after about 20 minutes it was shut off.

Our stay over all was okay. We were not informed that the hotel had motion censored air conditioning so we were extremely hot all night. The front desk guy wasn’t ever nice. Everything else went great. It was very clean and nice staff while checking in! I wouldn’t recommend if you can’t sleep when you are hot!

Not the best trip. I have stayed at Four points before and my stay was good, this trip was not good at all. Was not aware my room was in the pool area on second floor, was not aware that for the $10 parking garage you had to be out by 6a.m. So when we left out at noon, I was charged $20 for parking. The front desk agent said she would deduct the $20 from my bill because they already charged me the $10. I hope she keeps her word and my $30 is returned. Around 8-9p.m., tv cut off and I could r get it back on, called front desk and she offered to send up maintenance but it was late, I was with my family and didn’t want to deal with maintenance that late, nor did I want to relocate to another room in the pool area on first floor. I had my 72 year old mother with me and she had to use a wheelchair to get around and I already turned the chair back in for the night. I was very pleased with a member of the staff(Matthew), he was very helpful. Just not a good stay, ended up going to bed with a headache and frustrated. Parts of the building has been updated but the area we stayed in was old. Don’t think I will be returning to that Four season.

Need was super comfortable. Heating was a little hard to get set right as one degree up was 3 and one degree down was 4-5, but once it was set, was comfortable. Plenty of room for two.

Staff was rude and if you have a dog (which it is dog friendly ) if it even barks one time you will get a complaint . Once again it’s a dog friendly hotel and mind you my dogs did not bark at night once . The manager is amazing and acted upon my frustrations promptly .

My only negative was that the blinds in room 355 did not block lights from the rooftop, so the room was light at night. The staff was friendly. Finding the west wing was a little challenging on the first trip and involved navigating some steps to get to the elevator to my room.

The room was okay but the carpet was filthy. Went to lock the deadbolt and it didn’t work. Went to call the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t work. If I wasn’t with my husband I never would have stayed in a room that those things didn’t work.
Checking out the worker was not the friendliest. Our dude the front door there were dirty woman’s underwear on the front steps. Not the kind of place I was expecting. Will never stay again!!

I’m not too fond about the parking, but other than that, everything was fine.

Hotel was decent, just right in the middle. We had no hot water, so had to take cold shower but otherwise fine

Hotel and staff were fine. However, the room next to us had a group of people (definitely more than two) that at 5 am started talking loudly, animatedly and constantly - plus making bumping noises, etc - for over two hours. I called the front desk to request that they ask them to please keep the noise down but that had no effect. Ruined our night’s sleep and our stay.
