Overnight stay. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping was responsive and did the best she could. Not bad value for the price. Property seems very run down. They also told us we could only have one key.

The properly has great potential as it is across the street from the casino .we found it to be run down and in desperatel need of an update ...pool ans spa r closed and restaurant and bar r closed...36 dollar cab ride to the downtown core which could be avoided if they had food and drink onsite golf course on property was good at one time ..i did not play the course but heard from cab driver thats it needs some tlc..but once again this place could be great with a few million in upgrades...but it was cheap 113 bucks for a friday night. Great price ..

It was advertised in the photos of the room on the website that the suite had a jacuzzi in the room, but, upon arrival, there was only a jetted tub in the bathroom.
I chose this hotel because it seemed to be elegant, but I am quite upset that I was mislead, and disgusted at the condition.
To name a few things, the fireplace was dust covered and had someones cigarette butt that was left behind the mantle was covered in dust between the fridge and the kitchenette was a substance that has dripped for who knows how long. There were no ceiling lights only lamps. Outside there was garbage covering the lawn. The floor in the stairwell was also sticky.
Signed upset guest
Forgot to mention the only good thing about it really was that they were pet friendly.

The pool and the hot tub both were not in working order. I didnt mind honestly, because the weather wasn't the greatest for swimming.

The place is a total dive. I have pictures of my bedding, that is disgraceful, I have stayed in better places in the outback in Mexico. Stained pillow, holy worn out blanket. The duvet cover was obviously not changed, 'brown/red' stain on it. Shower curtain shows obvious mould issues, fan cover fell off leaving a big dusty hole. Then we come to what you jokingly refer to as breakfast. The bowl of eggs looked like someone got angry and smashed their fist in to the bowl. Ramada has sure fallen a long way down

If you need a clean bed in a room with a bathroom and a TV, for an inexpensive cost, stay here. Hold your expectations, don't be fussy, sleep and move on.

The price was very good, likely because the property needs some renovation. Everything was in working order, bed was comfortable and clean, but facilities starting to look overall run-down. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was reasonable, especially at the price of the rooms.

I was surprised the pool was not open...it is being advertised. Other than that, everything was fine.

The sink was not draining was backing up. The television was not working. The front desk did come to look but was not fixed for the 2 nights in that room. The next room was a little better although the bed skirt was ripped both my granddaughter and I tripped on it. However they did compensate and gave us a discount. The staff members were great, very professional and friendly. I would not recommend or stay there again.

This was a terrible experience. We booked the hotel expecting to enjoy a resort experience including a pool and hot tub, but they were both out of order. The only ice machine in the entire hotel was not working, so we had to go out and buy ice. We were told there was no breakfast so we went out and bought breakfast only to find out there was a breakfast available. Finally the desk clerk told us the malfunction of the pool was already calculated into the room rate which is not possible because we booked months in advance. We expect a partial refund.

The Pinewood Park was a very nice hotel na k in the 90’s. It has never been updated since! Shame on Ramada!! The outdoor pool was empty and the hot tub had wood in it for whenever reason! Badly needs updating! Considering it has a golf course attached to it, it was called a resort for a reason! Very sad!’

There was a few restaurants a cross the street. There is no pool and no hot tub and the door to our room was rubbing on the frame. The breakfast was lousey.

The only thing I didn't like was that the front desk staff didn't inform guests about things that were not working. Ice machine not working and no water in the pool. They did get us ice from the kitchen however.

Advertised that they have 2 bars, a pool, a hot tub. a sauna. Checked into our room and none of these exist. They claimed pool was closed for cleaning for the weekend. Further investigation shows it’s been closed for 8 years. Would not allow us to cancel any of our nights we had booked and was treated my rudely
For inquiring. . Offered us $10 in exchange for the “inconvenience” . Very loud. Lots of dark hallways with spaces that have clearly been abandoned a long time. Would have rather stayed home than waste a weekend and waste money at this hotel which has zero amenities. Asked to speak to a manager and was told “we don’t have managers here”. Said I was welcome to leave but would not get money back, drove 5 hours for a weekend away and didn’t enjoy a single minute of it.

Good hotel would go back. Could use some upgrades, and they should open the pool. Otherwise clean, and comfortable.

Weathered hotel. Dated furniture, missed curtains in the room, which made it bright at night- lights from parking lot.
Hotel room was not ready went we got there, which was at 330pm. Rooms were to be ready by 3pm.

I'm not esp familiar w a north Bay but this Ramada seems in an old or ackward , maybe old location ,
Room was clean , all things worked , Tv was a bit old or the cable was not the best reception ,
First hotel I have encountered without Elevator but it has some long ramps inside that took me to my 3rd floor room Ok
2.0
The property looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's and the ramp to get your suitcases or a handicapped person up is a joke. It's so steep you would need 2 or 3 people to push a person up it.

Just horrible all around. The flickering lights, the stains all over the walls and floors, the smell of food from people living and cooking in the hotel. This place used to be beautiful. Absolutely horrid now.

We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned, made the bed,or changed the towels. Ramada should be ashamed of having that facility

The property was ok but parts of the parking space was not. Paved.
