The hotel is not anything like in the pictures. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which was the only redeeming quality. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was grime all along the floor boards. The inside of the door had paint that was peeling and or damaged. Thy vinyl flooring was warping and stained. The inside of the bathroom looked like it had mold or at least water stains. The vanity was previously damaged and the wood leg was reattached, but the damage was still blatantly visible. The backsplash on the vanity was damaged. I even checked for bed bugs due to the condition of the room. The TV also did not work. The staff came up and got it working, but once I turned it off and went to bed, it was not working again in the morning. The curtain over the window was damaged on the upper right corner. The chair in the room was also stained, and there was a tear in the luggage stand. Also the tub spout was not anchored and when I pulled the shower diverted for the shower, it pulled away from the wall. The carpet in the lobby was filthy and heavily stained. I nearly asked for a an immediate refund and check out. I only stayed there one night, because there were no other hotels with rooms due to hurricane Milton. My own power was knocked out due to the storm requiring me to stay in a hotel until restoration due to my need for my CPAP. I cannot believe this is a chain hotel. If I was Rodeway, I would pull the franchise from this place. Worst hotel stay ever!

This place seems to attract long term tenants. During the day there were a few shady people walking around. The second level walkway above our room was party central with babies crying and loud talking until at least 4am. A police car stopped during the night. He was after somebody. Just a creepy and exhausting place to stay.

Nasty garbage by dumpster. Felt like I could step on a needle at any time. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Had other family reserve there. 3 rooms they charged me for a refused to refund. But it was so bad. I’d rather pay not to stay there.

Front desk girl forgot to give me my license back and I had to turn around and go back to get it. No attempt from her to notify me she had it!!! The room was infested with bugs! The shower was so disgusting .. the faucet almost came off the wall!!! The towels and linens looked dirty. We cancelled the 2nd day to get out of there!!!! I am owed a refund for the 2nd day but I feel we should be refunded for both. We were there for a music festival so we got there at 2am slept and left! Disgusting. I still haven’t seen the refund in my account

There was black mold all over the ceiling and walls not to mention water damage along all the baseboards, the toilets didn’t work or flush, the pool had guests in it until 2am with bright fog lights that don’t shut off so it looked like daytime all night. The a/c was loud and broken so it sounds like it raining and falling apart not to mention there was families of roaches living in the dresser and mini fridge. I tried getting in contact with the general manager for a refund everyday since without any luck or response by so now I’m disputing with my bank. Hands down the worst experience possible. This place needs a health inspection and to be quarantined. Absolutely disgusting not only from a cleaning standpoint but business practice as well.

My husband could not even bring himself to check in to this hotel when he arrived. There was a party going on up on the balcony right outside the room, and a guy sitting outside who lived there, but most unsettling was the wandering group of kids who were casing the parking lot. We were driving cross country and had all our stuff in our vehicle, and we felt pretty sure that we could come out in the morning to our windows broken and all our stuff gone. We left even knowing that we could not get a refund, that is how bad it was.

Place not clean. Very damp. No phone in room. Ice machine broke. Could not bath in tub. Too dirty, mold and plug for tub broke.

I am very upset with my stay here. The staff was very friendly and wonderful during check-in. The room was "surface" clean. But the absolute worst part is they have roaches.. did not see any during the day. However, when i got up from watching tv at night to use the restroom, i turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches. After going back out to the room i turned on another light and there were more roaches. I had the worst night sleep because i was worried they would crawl on me or my son. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel but i was expecting it to be bug free.
