🚨🚨Expect your car to get stolen🚨🚨 Huge issue here!!! Leaking A/C units in multiple rooms. Very poor communication between staff shifts. It was clean, pool nice. Staff nice. If you book through Expedia and have issues they won’t be as willing to compensate you. Restaurant food was weird. Breakfast was great but not free. Kids Mac and cheese was from a box. Caesar salad not great. Onion rings and club amazing.

The lobby is very deceiving because its really nice I mean when you walk in it's clean for sure, The staff was somewhat friendly. The elevator on the way to the room was dirty the floor had all kinds of stains and dirt. That was a red flag #1 The lobby heading to the room smelled and I could not put my finger on the scent and then I realized they need to update buy removing the carpet bc its needs a deep deep deep deep deep clean!!! Then entering the room the same scent this is bc the carpet needs a deep deep deep cleaning or perhaps remove them all together. We had to have sheets removed bc they were dirty!! I mean c'mon I know they use an industrialized washing machine but it's time to invest in cleaning products to make sure that that it's truly clean. While the hotel it;s self is located next to a lot of things like the mall, major highway I would NOT let me repeat NOT recommend this property to anymore visiting Montreal. Please don't send me an apology response as it seems you all do just do better I am not interested in that just DO BETTER!!! Final thoughts research the all properties carefully, read reviews they help.

Hotel is large and very busy. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was not included in the packafe we got. We felt it was expensive for what it offered.

Nice hotel, looks great when you walk in. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Shampoo and body wash were empty, no fans in bathroom but shower pressure was awesome. The pool was nice but could be cleaner. Biggest issue was lack of onsite food. Restaurant had few options.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel, which made for a fantastic end to our trip. We were able to relax, and my kid absolutely loved the pool. It's been a long time since we've had such spectacular cookies! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional."

Overall, our family of five enjoyed the stay very much. We have been trying to avoid staying at a hotel since Covid but this time we found the price of this hotel was much more reasonable. And it was hard to find a room that has enough beds for five of us, including a baby. The room looks very newly renovated. It was a plus that there was a pool and a gym.

Hotel was busy, but we never waiting long for an elevator. Check in was as smooth as can be (Montreal had a major storm, and check in systems were affected). The hotel was clean, and my 20 year old son didn't complain too much about the pull out sofa. The onsite bar/restaurant is a bit pricey for the food quality; lots of other choices nearby to consider.

To begin with check in a black guy no smile on face no direction from where to go to room. After check in within an hour or so electricity of Hotel shut off. We left the hotel by then but water was leaking from roof at ground floor. Overall totally upset us by paying 300 plus tax amount for one night. Will never advise or go again to this same property of this hotel. Sorry
