I travel a lot for work and I stay at a lot of different hotels, and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front desk employee Allie was very rude and unhelpful. I had lost my wallet on the field at work, I have all my documents digitally because I always carry my phone. I had booked my room through my phone and when I went to check in she refused to check me in because I didn’t have a physical ID. I asked if there was anything she could do she said no that’s the policy I asked for a way to contact the management and she gave me the hotel phone number then answered the phone. So I had to call hotels.com which was almost worse than dealing with the lady at the front desk. They had me verify my information and when they would pull my information our call got disconnected. This happened 4 times only to find out that the lady at the front desk cancelled my my room so no refund was available. Now I have to make a claim and place a stop charge at my bank. I went to the Howard Johnson was easily able to get verified the employees were very helpful and accommodating and was able to check into my room with no issues. La Quinta inn were extremely rude and made no effort to help me in a desperate time and cancelled my room making it more difficult for me to redeem the money I spend for the room. I won’t be staying at a place that treats their clientele that way.

This was our third stay at this location. We traveled with a pet and had a very smooth stay. Breakfast seemed to be expanded from our last visit. My only minor negative note would be the cleanliness of the tub and shower. Beds were very comfortable. We will stay again in the future. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The room we had was comfortable and clean, bathroom fixtures just need a little updating. Overall it was a nice stay along with our small family dog.

This hotel is very mediocre all around. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the hallways are full of bad smells and stains. I wouldn't stay here again.

Please please clean the hallway. Service is fine but can't believe condition of hotel. The elevators, parking lots, and hallways are so dirty. Room is old style and uncomfortable.

Room was not cleaned it was hair everywhere , strong bleach smell from the bathroom and bed, the hotel entrance smelled like cigarettes, I called the reception to change the room and they claimed they didn’t have any other room available, the toilet seat was broke and keep sliding . Breakfast was ok but very limited , never again for $170

This hotel needs bad upkeeping. When you first walk in it looks clean and you can't get into the hotel without swiping your room key which makes you feel safe and the staff is nice at the front desk. Once we went up to our room, the hallway carpet looks/is dirty. Our room smelled like old musty/old cigarette smell very strong. We had to open the balcony door to get some fresh air in the room. The bathtub looked dirty and there was some pink stuff all over the walls and doors. They also have a gnat problem which at first I thought it was because we had opened the balcony door to ventilate the room from the smell but no matter what they kept coming in the room from who knows where. The curtains were dirty and stained. Our room was at the end of the hallway in the second floor and they have an air conditioner which for some reason had hair on top of it and it was never cleaned off. We stayed at other La Quinta locations before but this was by far the worst one. We were disappointed with this location.

The bathroom configurations leave very little room for privacy. The rooms have newer carpeting but in general, they are very dated. The carpeting in the hallways is worn and stained. The lobby is very welcoming, and the continental breakfast every morning is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place needs a remodel, bad. The elevators are scary. 3/10 The 4th floor smells like wet moldy mildew 0/10. I do like the fact that you have to have a room key to get into the building 10/10. The breakfast in the AM was pretty decent. 7/10. The area that the hotel is in, is super convenient. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Unless it was super last minute.
