I had a delightful stay. It smelled so good when I entered the hotel; they were serving dinner. The hallways were clean and my room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was overall exceptional. The staff was very friendly, professional and patient. They experienced an issue with computers freezing or locking them out during the check in process. Only negative was the tub in the bathroom being concave and made it difficult to stand. Felt like I may loose balance or slip if not careful. Thank you for a great stay!! Proud to be a Hilton honors member. Thanks Bill Kindoll.

I fell out of the tub because it was so slick when I showered. I asked the staff for a slip proof mat after seeing a sign posted in the bathroom to request one if you need it. The first staff member said she would send one to my room. It never arrived. I asked a second staff member. She said she thought they ran out of them and would get back to me. She never did.

Overall it is a nice hotel but no hot water over the course of my two days at the hotel. Spoke to the front desk on two occasions and nothing was done to fix it for the shower in my room

I am very pleased with the service the comfort. The hotel sits right off the highway. Access is paramount. My favorite is the free and safe parking.

A power outage happened five am until 8 am. The manager let me check out at one pm instead of eleven because I could not sleep without my medical equipment and electric. A rough three hours at 5am but the extra two hours sleep made a huge difference

We stayed here for one night on a road trip. The property was clean, and the rooms were spacious enough that we did not feel crowded with two adults and two teens in the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that noise from a neighbouring room could be heard very clearly through a bathroom vent.
