The parking fee and WiFi fees are not disclosed on hotels.com staff was rude and room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom . Staff was basically you should read the small print section, i thought business were not allowed to hide fees.

Wouldn’t recommend this property for the following reasons:
- was surprised by a $16 per night charge for parking
- the bed was hard
- the heating/cooling unit was really noisy
- the room would get really warm and then really cold
- no pets were allowed
The room itself was fine, typical of a 3 star hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The bathroom had a night light which I appreciated.

Overnight stay for business as it was local to my stops. Clean, comfortable, good shower. Room and bath are fine, if a little worn around the edges. I was surprised that the breakfast voucher would be another 20 bucks, and charging for parking? In Simi Valley? Mostly empty parking lot in a suburban setting. Dinged it one star for charging extra for what should be included when compared to similar venues.

Hotel stay was nice but they charged me $16 for parking for just 1 night stay even though there were plenty of parking spots available. That is ridiculously high. Hotels.com did not mention anything about parking fees when I booked. I request that you refund me that amount. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I new about parking fees. There are other hotels that do not charge outrageous parking fees. Almost all guest drive their car to come to stay at the hotel and Grand Vista should not charge parking fees.

It’s a very clean and cozy hotel. There’s no continental breakfast. And it’s a lil outdated. But besides that for the price it’s a good stay.

Well on hotels. Com it said all taxes and all fees are included but every time I go there they charge me 16 dollars a day for parking so someone is not being on the up and up

Just a terrific little place. Nice views of the whole Simi Valley area. Great location although a little far west towards Moorpark/Thousand Oaks. Regardless, just a very clean and really nice room with most of the humanities you could have wanted.

$16 a day for parking is lame

This hotel has very friendly front desk staff, but at times, unruly guests who can be slightly drunk. I empathize with this hotel because they get so many events. For this reason, I will definately give this hotel another chance.

Just didn’t like the $100 auto charge for incidentals that they say will get refunded back to cars in 5-7 biz days.

I am not sure why someone would try to enter my room at 5:07am, really disturbing. I informed security, however, it happened again the next day at 5:57am

The room was clean and as expected. The pool and spa were great and very tidy and easily navigated with towels, etc. The on site restaurants for dinner and breakfast were great too. Service was excellent.

I felt quite safe on the premises, even when i came in after dark. The place was very noisy in the mornings with all the doors automatically "slamming" shut. As for the $16 per day parking fee; it's outrageous. No other hotel I've stayed at in Simi charges a fee. Shame on you for that. What is the reason??
