Our stay was due to evacuations and the staff when above and beyond through this very trying time. Ron (Mr Delightful) and Tinsley(sp) at the front desk were very patient and kind and made sure we’re were taken care of. The room was a suite and was huge! It had a full Size refrigerator and freezer, dining table, microwave, sink and counter. There was a very large sofa, a chair and desk, TV and console in the living area and a large king sized bed, TV, chair and plenty of drawer space in the bedroom. The bathroom was a bit small but it had everything we needed including a CLEAN shower. The stay was also pet-friendly as we evacuated with a cat and dog and the pet fee was very reasonable. The hot breakfast was an average breakfast but it was fresh. The hotel is directly next door to Target and a very short, easy walk. There is also an outlet mall and restaurants across the street as an easy walk. Thank you Best Western for making our very stressful evacuation so much more bearable!!

For the price it was great hotel. Good location right next to interstate. We felt safe despite of a lot of homeless around. The room was ok except for outdated shower, poor shower head pressure and water dripping constantly. Very nice courtyard and decent breakfest, again, for the price. I'm not sure I would come back as the place needs a complete redo but I would not discourage anyone who's conservative with their money like I am.

Our stay wasn't bad. Check in was at 3pm and we were not able to get our rooms until after 5pm. So we had to hang around for 2hrs. The room were ok but run down some you can especially tell in the bathroom. I had two rooms one The a/c was making noise and the other smelled like smoke. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

the worse hotel my family and I ever stayed in by far. Front desk (chanel) extremely rude and unprofessional, room had a strong odor of mold and humidity. We noticed in the middle of the night an infestation of roaches, we didn't want to even eat from the continental breakfast because we felt this place was unsanitary and unsafe do to the rooms being infested with roaches.beware no not stay here.

It’s a quick, nice place to stay in west Palm. The building is outdated and very low ceilings. Keep in mind that the hotel is right near the main road so you’ll hear everything. The bathroom was small but overall it was decent and offers breakfast.

Our room was clean , breakfast is good. For un night was ok. Hotel is old and needs TLC, the person at front desk could be friendly and give you at Least a smile. The stairs are for from the room and there is not elevator.
