This hotel was disgusting! I really should’ve scrubbed the reviews better because this is a 1 star property at best. When we arrived, homeless people were in the process of being kicked out of the hotel. We went out for dinner and when we came back, the homeless people were staged on the grass and there was a police detail in the parking lot. I will say the front desk lady was very nice. But…. The hotel is dirty and super outdated. I’m not even sure if our tub was ever cleaned since there was hair in it. The pillows leave a lot to be desired, you could see the mattress was deformed from use and age, there are cracks in the walls, the breakfast looked like it had been popped into the microwave, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken and for the first time, I was afraid I was going home with bed bugs. I’ll never stay here again. Choice hotels should be ashamed to have this hotel in their brand!

When I got there to check in they were questioning whether or not the toilet had been fixed in that particular room and they were unsure but still rented us the room anyway....Woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the floor was soaked because the toilet seal had been leaking... The next day I complained and they moved us a few doors down...Both night had people above us banging and slamming the floors at like 4am... Next time in in Augusta I don't think Me of my family will be staying there... Also website shows a hot tub in the pool room there was no hot tub to be found....

This property, we chose because it said it had a heated pool and a hot tub. The pool was colder than the Maine ocean, and there was no hot tub. We are very sorry we chose this hotel.

They had a pool. Took my daughter to use it. A group of other kids came d9wn to use the pool. The other kids didnt follow the rules and at times were unsafe around my daughter. Parents were drinking in pool area and not paying attention. We were on the 3rd floor had kids running up and down the halls until 11 pm. Alot of slamming of doors. Was told to front desk and nothing was done.

My stay was good. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy. As far as sound proof , the people above me I could hear them heavy footed at 3 am. Woke up once do to someone loud walking in the hallway. I will say the shower water was super hot which was nice , The elevator to the second floor had a sticky floor and smelled alittle off

Last minute booking for the 4th of July weekend. Pros: Staff was super friendly, the lady who checked us in was so sweet and personable. Really great complimentary breakfast. Location is convenient Cons: The photos online didn’t really match, we found out when we arrived that the hotel is undergoing renovations. I assume the photos are not recent, as the property and the room we stayed is much more dated in person. I looked on the website and the Expedia listing and from what I saw neither included that the hotel no longer has a hot tub but the photos of the pool area have a hot tub, which I was looking forward to, but not a big deal just something to be mindful of. Overall our stay was good for a last minute booking over a holiday weekend. Not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t awful and in a pinch I would recommend.

Specifically wanted to stay at Comfort Inn because it was so close to my Wedding on Sat., June 29th along with my maid of honor for preparation of my Wedding at Elks. Since I dont go swimming alot my past coworkers aways stayed suring winter for storms in past and thought swimming and hot baths prior to my wedding would be wonderful. At check I am notified NO POOL, its explained with no adjustment which would of been nice since it was 1 of 2 reasons why I reserved there and if would of known this by 6/27 I would of cancelled but consumers are not notified. So after eating and knowing we could go for a swim in the pool, I went to run a bath, several attempts to wait for tub to fiill with hot water it never happened. Front desk and maintenance was aware and explained the normal routine reason's but THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE NO PROBLEM PUTTING MY RECEIPT UNDER THE DOOR OF MY PAYMENT. NO HOT WATER FRIDAY after 7PM JUNE 28 to the time of 7AM, we had NO HOT BATH OR SHOWER BEFORE MY BIG DAY for me the bride or my Maid of Honor. Will never stay at your comfort inn again and i have stayed at other comfort inns and other hotel/motels and atleast compensated for bad services and/or had hot running water regardless of pool or not.
