Room was not the cleniest, there were stains in bedsheets, curtains and walls. Toilet door was broken in the other room we had. Room was quite small. Breakfast was pretty basic but ok.
Staff was friendly.

Great stay! The staff was always very helpful when needed, and it was very clean. Close to the central station and a 10 mins walk to the beach.

This was a great, unique room.
Really enjoyed our stay here.
Elevator is a bit tight, but was a cool design.

Had a great stay. Great staff, kind and always welcoming with a smile. The rooms are on the smaller sizes, but not a problem. Short walking distance to most things ( train station, beach, shopping area etc)

The location was ideal, as we were coming in for the Tour de France and wanted to enjoy the chaos of it all…but not be *in* the chaos of Old Nice. We used Lime bikes to get everywhere, which was convenient that two parking locations were within two blocks of the hotel. Despite the hotel being right across the street from the train station, I found it to be a really quiet neighborhood and place to rest. Sure, you can hear the trains but not so loud that we couldn’t sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. They had beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for guest use, which we certainly appreciated so we didn’t have to buy new or travel with it. There’s one tiny elevator, so had to make a few trips up/down with bags and also wait a few mins to call the elevator to your floor, but it wasn’t too inconvenient (it’s an incredibly old building after all). The lobby had chilled water and sparkling water on tap, which was so nice, too. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom had mold in most of the corners. It was on the grout, mainly, but didn’t feel the cleanest for our stay. The beds were really firm, which will be great for those who like that. Our tv remote didn’t work, but we didn’t mind b/c we were out all day anyway and didn’t bother to ask for a fix. The fridge is very small, so just be mindful of this if bringing food back to the room (it didn’t fit a small pizza box). The hotel is right across from a public parking structure, which was SO convenient!

It would have been 5 full stars had there been a working door knob for the bathroom!

Near the central station is the positive point. The outlook convinced me to book the space but inside is not much to appreciate. As a budget hotel, it is ok. The lift and floor level are horrible.

Staff were very helpful, the room was nice, the breakfast was great (purchased on the morning for 10 EUR each).
We did however find that the air-conditioning didn't work particularly well. In late spring / mid-May when the maximum daily temperatures were 20°C, we had the air-conditioning on "full" overnight but still found ourselves waking up during the night sweating and dehydrated.

We loved our stay here for a number of reasons but some highlights were the lovely service and helpful staff, the complimentary coffee machine and filtered water which you could help yourself to at anytime and the afternoon snacks.
We loved our stay so much and Nice itself that we ended up staying longer.
The rooms varied in size but were fine for a short stay. They were also clean.

Great boutique style hotel. Really good value breakfast and super helpful staff. One thing to be aware of. Walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear everything from the room next door. We had to complain about noise during our stay. To their credit the staff dealt with it swiftly.

The team here are super helpful, knowledgeable about the local restaurants with excellent recommendations. A five minute walk to the station, and great decor - would thoroughly recommend.
