The only thing great about this stay was the woman working overnight. She helped me switch to the room I reserved in the first place (I was put in a single bed handicap accessible room when I reserved a 2 double bed). Absolutely disgusting, y'all. See the pictures. Breakfast was white bread, white bagels, day old from-frozen juice. There was oatmeal packets but no way to heat water for it, styrofoam bowls (can't microwave those!). I fully acknowledge and accept that this part isn't the motel's fault, but one night there was a screaming baby next door. Sounded about 1 or so. Screamed and cried for over 2 hours, well past 10 pm. I wasn't even sure there was an adult in the room, I didn't hear any consoling or talking. I almost called the police... I'm still not sure I made the right decision not to. This is the kind of motel this is. Thin walls, y'all. There was a whimpering dog on my other side. I chose this place for the hot tub and price... the hot tub wasn't working. I had to go to the local Dollar General to buy myself a real pillow. Just don't. Spend the extra money to stay in a better place. It won't let me upload photos. It was so gross. Dust and grime on the headboards, behind the nightstand, candy wrapper between bed and nightstand, unvacuumed floor, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dark crust around the tub faucet.

The location is great. The staff give good service. The towels and bedding are terrible. I would not consider showering. I’m sure you could see through the sheets. The gas station breakfast was far better than the offerings at the hotel.

Just weird that they didn’t have local tv channels to watch.

My husband had an appointment this morning at 6:30 am and we live in Grand Rapids so we booked a room. We were treated well. One negative the jets didn’t work in the hot tub.
