The staff is very rude and the bed has bed bugs. I couldn't even speak to the employees they was very rude to me.

Bed was firm. Shower was excellent. Room temperature was easily adjusted. Location is in a shopping area off the beaten path, so no traffic around the building. Breakfast was decent for the price. Bake your own waffles, cereal bar.

I wanted something close to Morgantown that didnt break the bank. That's what I got. The establishment is run down in hallways. Stianed carpets. Room had hard floors, which was an improvement. There were splash stains on some walls. A used washcloth remained from previous occupant, along with hair in the drain. Beds appeared clean and were relatively comfortable. No one came to clean, empty trash, or make the bed. Front desk staff was friendly.

We arrived at night and most of the lights on the sign were out - it went downhill from there. The bathroom sink was clogged with facial hair so the water wouldn’t go down. We have a similar issue with the shower draining. It was gross!

Old. Stained carpet. Graffiti on the room's window. Bathroom smelled like a gas station men's room. Didn't feel safe with my kid there. Left. Didn't stay. Got a room somewhere else. The guy at the front desk was nice, tho.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but what I got was a room saturated in a sweet, flowery spray smell. Since I can't handle such sprays, I called and asked for another room, which was provided to me very quickly. The new room smelled fine, except that the air-conditioner was so weak, I just couldn't get the place cooled down enough to sleep. I finally had to turn the blankets around and drag the heavy bed up next to the air-conditioner. But in doing so, I uncovered a curled-up worm and some small black bugs. All were dead. I guess I can't blame management for what I uncover under the furniture. The man in charge was very nice and jumped to my every need, so that really made up for the inconveniences.

The beds and sheets had yellow stains. The room is listed as Non-smoking but can smell the stale smoke. They don’t even use fitted sheets on the beds. The bathtub/shower was not cleaned properly. Would not recommend. My back hurts
