I had sent a message a few weeks earlier and told them that we had a son in a wheelchair and would like the accommodations we chose, to be on the first floor. I also called earlier the day we were arriving and said we would be late, and the approximate time we would arrive. Then 30 minutes before we arrived, I got a call from the night manager asking if we were coming. I told her that I had called in the morning and we were 30 mins away. When we got there, I was told that we were upgraded because all the rooms, in the category we chose, were gone on the first floor. We thought that was ok until we saw the room. Though it was large inside, the sink was in the main room, the bed was hard, the TV programming was awful, the phone system didn’t work well when we called the office, and couldn’t hear them, and there wasn’t any handicap parking. Plus, I had to walk back to the office to get the bedding for the sofa bed for our son. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed since I had tried hard to get the accommodations I had reserved. Also, they didn’t tell us when breakfast was over, and it was an hour earlier than the weekend, and we missed it.

Very good stay. I was in a corner room downstairs. Very quiet and private. Previous stays I had an alarm clock with a big display. This room did not have one. The microwave did have one but not easily scene. I wanted to take a bath but the drain plug did not fit the drain. I just used a wash cloth. Would of been nice but not an inconveniece. All staff very friendly, listen with thought, and reacted whatever I brought to their attention. The dining area was good although the kitchen area was cramped at times. For the amount of rooms I would recommend expanding the area. I understand when there is low room occupation the kitchen is a good size. But when there is a full capacity that is when the crampness is felt. I have always been pleased with my treatment of the front desk. I am usually accommodated with convenient room selection. When choices are limited the person I am dealing with is clear of the situation and nice....

The gal who checked us in was very friendly. Our room had an odd odor and was semi-clean. The morning staff was not as friendly- especially whomever was in charge of the very limited and lacking breakfast. It was also pretty obvious they weren't a fan of kids.

Good stay. I was satisfied with the room and location. Front desk friendly. I was called while on the road to the location whether I am still staying at the hotel. My room was held for me. Front desk person informative of area events. I asked for extra coffee packs and trash bags which were given to me. Parking is a challenge but managable.

Had a good stay, only wish we could get into the lobby before 6am so I could work somewhere on my computer without waking up family when I wake up very early.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was nice and comfortable. We had originally booked a regular king room but when we arrived we were told that something was wrong with it so they moved us to a suite with double beds. That was fine as they didn’t charge us extra and were super nice about the situation. The only thing wrong with the room is the floors really needed to be cleaned better. Your feet would turn black if you walked around without shoes/ socks on. Parking is also limited it seems, with an awkward parking lot in the back that’s hard to maneuver in and has limited capacity. If you’re staying upstairs be aware that the steps are unusually steep as well. My only real complaint is the floors and the extra $3 a night fee you have to pay once you arrive. That should be included in your booking. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing and friendly. Room was clean, the only negative experience was that when I turned the heater on it started smelling like burned hair, must have been an animal or something in it, so I slept with the windows open so the smell would go away.

Initially the hotel looked sketchy but when I got to my room it was quiet nice. Very comfy beds and staff was nice. Parking can be a problem if you check in late.

This is a older hotel however the room was clean and the staff was friendly. A little overpriced. The only complaint I have is the pool was really dirty. The water was so foggy you could not see the bottom of the pool.
