After a long trip,we could not park our car at admission due to two vehicles blocking the semicircle entrance. The entrance should have been cleared for access. We were three adults . The couch in the suite was really small for three adults . The third adult had to sit on the most uncomfortable single use chairs . The heating system was questionable . Why? cold air was released from the upper vents and the room was 68 degrees. Breakfast was fine . Wish it was earlier so we could depart earlier,even a half hour woukd help .

I was excited about the pool and Jacuzzi, but they are both outside, and was closed. All of our doors were difficult to open and close. The food in the morning was delicious, but the coffee was bad and the milk was expired. The people we met there were the best part.

My husband and I just wanted to get a nearby room for a little escape, which we do often. We really really loved this hotel! It had everything we needed and it was clean. The staff was helpful. We can’t wait to come back - it will be soon!

Very nice suites for our family with grown children and elderly grandparents who can all have privacy. Location is convenient to turnpike, and a lot more for less cost than any location in Cleveland.

We had to ask the front desk multiple times for sheets for the pullout sofa. It took over 48 hours before we got any. Asked for clean towels for 48 hours and never received any. We had to continue going to the pool to get fresh towels for after we showered.

I am a clean freak, especially about hotels. This did not feel like a hotel stay, the room was clean and spacious, the studio room were perfect for our weekend trip and we will definitely be looking for more residence inn/marriotts to stay in. Area seemed safe and was in reasonable driving distance to downtown. Looking forward to our next stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. We were in a quiet corner, and only heard people when were in the living area, not in the bedroom. We were staying there for our wedding weekend, so we honestly only used the room to shower and sleep. There were a few marks on the walls, one of them very noticeable, and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. I loved the ice maker, since it was hot out and I wanted to take ice water with me. The staff was great and the free breakfast was nice and plentiful.

I was very disappointed in this property. Pictures made it look much nicer than it was. The room was spacious, but old and outdated. My son went to use the pull out couch and it was so dirty, stained, thin and all springs. Very uncomfortable. The sheets they provided for it had holes and were stained yellow (I'm hoping I can attach photos). We asked for another accommodation, but they were not helpful at all (late night shift). The day shift when we checked in was very nice.

The receptionists Veronica and Jarret were exceptionally great, polite, helpful and professional. The breakfast menu was very good and the coffee was great. Our full kitchen suite was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

I read all the reviews and was perplexed By the negative ones. It was clean comfortable and had everything you needed. I was pleasantly surprised my husband and I and my 22-year-old daughter stayed with our dog and it was perfect in every way.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I got here sooner than my check in time and asked if I could get it early check-in, they checked their availability and gave me my hotel room key. after I moved to my room. One of the staff came in to check to make sure everything’s there and I wasn’t missing anything I could not ask for a better service.
