Comfortable hotel and well positioned but felt like a ghost town. Hardly anyone there. Coffee facility in the room would have been nice but drinks in the minibar were included in the price.

Big rooms, welcome minibar once for the stay, close to few restaurants and the U bahn.
Apart from these there really isn’t any positive to the hotel. Basic breakfast and service (not even an electric kettle in the room).

Starting with positives I’ve been staying this hotel for many years, last time just before Covid and it’s was always one of my favourites, it’s querky, great location close to air port 25 euro taxi and the tram station is very close. The breakfast used to be amazing it’s now still very good. The beds are high off the floor and very comfortable to my taste. The sauna complex is very good if you don’t mind non textiles. Unfortunately the hotel feels like it’s is suffering from staff shortages and hasn’t fully recovered
From Covid lockdowns, the communal areas are looking very tired. We arrived 7 pm and told there was no food available no room service and bars/ cafes closed on restricted opening hours. (The hotel complex is isolated). They have removed the room phones so you have to go to reception to report any faults- only one lift was working and usually a Q at reception,so trying to get clean towels and a working TV remote took forever to sort. WiFi is very poor. We discovered the TV no longer has movies or English channels. The hotel complex is large and open to general public so the hotel securityisnonexistent. My wife didn’t feel completely safe walking around in the evening. From930to1030they started testing the fire byplaying loud music from the in room and corridor speakers. I do appreciate these are “first world” problems the hotel like many others is playing an important role in hosting people from warn torn areas - I hope for everyone’s sake the situation improves.

Our room was dirty with hair everywhere, there was dirt on the floor, drywall dust on the floor, the couch was tattered and the window was broken, it wouldn’t open or close leavening us with a very noisy night.

Would have been nice if the tub drained properly. On the plus side, I didn’t have to choose between a shower or a bath (if only for my feet!)

Well located for visiting Kelley Barracks. Restaurant in hotel (Italian / pizzaria) was open early in the evening, which was nice.

Room was nice and spacious. Good condition rooms and lovely reception and restaurant areas. Room was not cleaned during my whole 3 night stay. Glasses in the room were dirty. Lifts were very slow to be called (I was on 15th floor). Wifi was absolutely terrible. "Gym" is nothing more than an empty room with a treadmill, multi machine and an eliptical machine. Apparently, Si-Centrum hotel over the road has a contract with a high-quality health club and gym which Dormero relinquished during Covid, so I would recommend staying there instead.

I have stayed there for one night, was planing to extend my stay but I didn't.
I got a smoker room event hough I have asked the receptionist that it should be non smoking room! It was room 1265, when I entered it was smelling! I tried to reach the reception but there were no Phone in the room!! It was quite long day after work so i just slept, but i got sick in the next day because of the smoke smell 😵💫

The hotel facilities were really disappointing. The TV didn’t work for any longer than 2 minutes at a time and the Wi-Fi was also not working properly.
There is no gym as described. Eating in the evening is limited to the on-site pub which has an incredibly limited menu.
The room is very old with worn out, poor furniture.
The fridge for the ‘minibar’ didn’t work.
Parking is good although expensive. Bed was comfortable.
There are not enough staff available and when I reported TV issue they simply said they are aware of the problem and will note it.
Definitely not a 4 star property.

It was like walking into twilight zone. Hotel was filthy, TV channels did not work, bedding was dirty, had to call 3x to get it changed. Breakfast was cold and because of lack of cleanliness, could not eat.

The very clean and modern rooms were wonderful. The train stop behind the hotel was perfect for all our traveling needs.

Good hotel with its own U-Bahn station which made getting into the City easy. Breakfast was great and we had a good evening in the Irish pub. Strange lighting in the rooms (red/green/blue) which I was never able to completely master!
