Hotel is clean and grounds well maintained. The issue with had was with the bed. It had a hole in the middle of it. Made the stay miserable. Please stay away from room 305.

Best breakfast I have had anywhere. We travel a lot for tournaments and this stay was no different. Having a good breakfast available before early games was game changing. Staff was friendly. Someone seemed to always be wiping something down, vacuuming common areas, or just overly concerned with the state of the facility. Our room was nice, just what we needed. The TV is a bit cumbersome to navigate, felt very mid 2000's. Water pressure in the shower was mediocre / showerhead maybe? Pool area was AMAZING!! They even have a dedicated knee-hockey / recreational room for the kids! Would defintely rebook here in the future.

1. There was a large party involving a great number of children. They were very loud, and even though the staff said they'd remind them of the 10pm quiet time, even at 1:30am I could hear them from my room. 2. The bathroom is poorly designed. There was no tub, which was fine, but the shower had no lip and the curtain reached to about 8" above the floor. So even with a bath mat, water sprayed onto the bathroom floor. The showerhead was detachable, which makes it difficult to suds up the hair while staying in the water. And even though it could stay in its holder and the holder moved, it was impossible to avoid spraying the bathroom floor. It was clearly designed for someone with mobility accessibility concerns, but still hard to see how to avoid getting water all over the place. Finally, in spite of the large size of the bathroom, there was no counter space at the sink. Just a ridiculous bathroom. Everything else was fine.

Great location right off the highway and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! Clean, comfy, and updated rooms. Complimentary toiletries were free of harsh chemicals! Updated common area and well-appointed fitness facilities. Staff were pleasant, kind, and attentive - especially the wonderful sweetheart manning the breakfast room. Thanks for the extra scone! Hot breakfast with the waffle bar was banging. However, was disappointed that pork sausage was housed in the same warmer as the potatoes. Potatoes smelled so good, but couldn’t eat them due to potential cross-contamination from the pork. About 50% of the world’s population doesn’t eat pork products due to religious prohibition or custom. Consider skipping the pork, or at least house in another warmer. But overall, thanks for a wonderful stay!

It’s a dump that I was forced to stay in for a conference. I left my $800 prescription Ray Ban sunglasses on the desk as I was leaving and I called and they said they had them but when I came back they didn’t. I also got my credit card that I used there compromised that was used in the next town over for a car rental and when I told the manager he said ‘it must’ve been a coincidence’ Don’t stay here!

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Hotel was very clean. The lobby and breakfast area had a very open and inviting feel. Good breakfast options. Room was clean and updated. Lots of dining options in the area!

My grandson and I stayed two nights mid week while attending a hockey camp near by. The hotel was exceptional from the morning breakfast to the warm cookies in the evenings. The staff was friendly and polite. We will definately being staying again when we're in the Boston/Marlborough area.
