Very basic hotel. In a convenient neighbourhood. Owner and daytime staff are nice and very helpful.
Good place if you only want a place to crash and sleep after a long day at the temples.

It’s not your typical 5 stars hotels, but for the price is doable. Closed to pub street, owner is very nice lady, khmer lady local lady. She will help you set up for any tour arrangement.

What a little gem in Siem Reap. The staff packed me my breakfast so I could eat it dawn at Angkor Wat. I also had a late flight and Sam let me stay until 1400 in my room. I will rebook when I come back with my wife.

Service desk is great. Hey contact you before arrival to arrange the pick up. They help you to arrange visit to Angkor, just make sure you tell which temples you want to visit because price may change. You can get a small breakfast but do not expect big portions. Overall it's ok.

The owners of the hotel are some of the nicest people you will meet. The rooms are large. My room had only a fan for cooling. Very economical. Essentially priced like a hostel. Nice small breakfast in the morning. The wifi was down roughly 20% of the time I was there. Not sure if this was a problem of the hotel or utility. Short walk to the Pub St activity area of town.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The guesthouse is generally well maintained and clean. The main downside for us was the bathroom that allows shower water to splash everywhere and the A/C was feeble in the March summer heat/humidity. Breakfast choice is very limited and not much of it.

Hotel people were very kind and polite. But there were some mistakes in receiving us inn. Rooms were very normal just only to lowdown after exotic explorations.

Staff are great and location good but time for an update for the building. Lack of ceiling fans and poor ventilation makes for musty smelling rooms.

Simple, decent guesthouse, though it's a bit expensive for what it offers when you don't take the breakfast (for example, because you want to see the sunset at Angkor Wat). The rooms were ok, clean enough though certainly not spotless. The bathroom needed a bit of maintentance, the beds were hard but fine. The location is great if you like to get away from the crowded and noisy Pub Street area, and it's close enough to get to the center in 10 minutes walking.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in Dec 14. We had a fan room. The bedding and towels were clean, although there were a few cobwebs in the corners of the room. Bathroom was clean with power shower. The complimentary breakfast was good - you chose one option from different types of egg and bread, served with some banana and watermelon, and unlimited tea and coffee. It is a family run place - everyone was friendly but some spoke English better than others. It is about 20 minute walk from Pub St and the night market area of Siem Reap, but there are plenty of restaurants, shops, travel agents etc very nearby. There were some computers you could use in the reception area. They had bicycles to rent for a very reasonable price - we used them to cycle up to Angkor Wat. We found it quite noisy in the mornings - one morning a neighbour playing loud music, and the other mornings there was some loud chanting/ music being played over a loudspeaker nearby. We enjoyed our stay until the last 5 minutes when we were leaving - the minibus was waiting outside to take us to our next destination but the staff member tried to say that we had not paid for our room (we had paid in advance via Expedia) and tried to overcharge for the bicycles. Bit of a stressful end but, other than that, a pleasant enough stay.
