The west wing suites were very spacious. The rooms were updated and in very good condition. The hotel was busy but quiet and in a good location.

This is a great hotel for a very good price. It is not a new property, but it is in great shape (very well kept up), a very central location and the front end staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Will stay here again!!

Pros: the hotel was very clean and breakfast was well stocked. Based on the number of cars in the lot it was fully booked but was very quiet. Would have rated a 5/5 if it weren't for 2 big issues... Cons: the misfortune of being checked in by Gayle. This was the 5th hotel we checked into on this vacation and had impeccable service at all the others on check in and check out. She must have known and was determined to change that because she was single handedly the worst check in experience in 30 years of travel. Rude, demanding, sarcastic, and to sum up her attitude "didn't give a f#$k". My family was shocked I didn't absolutely lose it on her. All I can say to management is give her job to someone with a desire to work. Someone with zero customer service experience would be an improvement. We arrived shortly after the 3pm check in time and we're told our room was still dirty and as Gayle scrolled through her list of rooms she said nope dirty, dirty, dirty. You can't check in. And that was that. She did eventually put us in what appeared to be an accessibility room and the room was fine but there was a line of people behind us who likely had to wait until their rooms were ready. Not sure if this was Gayle being difficult and not willing to do some extra room shuffling or if they were extremely short cleaning staff. Either way not a great way to start our stay after 8 hours of driving.
