Bed comfy, pillows too flat. Need luggage racks in room, none available. No way to put shade down due to missing chain. Breakfast ok nothing special but better than nothing. Most important very clean room. I would recommend.

Hotel & rooms are nice, except for the smell. The room smelled like cooking oil/stale grease. I changed to another room, it was a little better, but still had a light smell of stale grease.

Excellent. Kam the front desk check-in associate was friendly & professional. Really a delightful soul to greet guests.
Only issue was that the AC fan ran constantly despite the settings. The fan sounded like being on an airplane; made it hard to hear the TV. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place. Great breakfast. Only problem, which needed up being big was there was no room darkening shade in our room. Sun was pretty much blinding in evening and lights from other buildings made it too bright at night. We did not realize a problem until we were unpacked and didn’t realize how bad it was until we were completely settled in so we did not notify desk, as we did not want to, change rooms, which turned out to be a big mistake. All else great.

Front desk associate came up in attempts to fix the problem twice; only very temporary. We were told There is no 24 hour maintenance.

Ways to elevate to a higher rating in my book - please vacuum the hallways, wash the elevator floors and clean the elevator doors w stainless steel cleaner. Those three things stood out to me and would have made my stay even better.

Down the road there are 8 Tesla superchargers, so it’s not a problem. The buffet breakfast is the real deal! Wonderful food and never ran out. Excellent 1/2 way pit stop for those going from NYC to Orlando.

The only problem I had is the the housekeepers turned the ac down to the lowest setting 60 degrees while they were cleaning and never put it back to the setting ot was before. Had to turn the heat on for 1 hour to get the room comfortable again. No other issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was laid out well and very clean. Not really fond of breakfast items. A lot of garlic and seasoning used. There was a lot of kids staying at the same time which monopolized the only waffle machine.

Our room AC was broken, the hotel was completely booked so we couldn't get a new room and maintenance wasn't available. We had to fix it ourselves and it still didn't work great. Breakfast isn't impressive, sausage tasted like hot dogs.

New hotel. Clean, friendly staff coming in and out. We stayed in a deluxe suite with a kitchen and sofa bed, king bed, desk.
Pillows are flat, mattress too soft. I understand some like soft mattresses, take what you need with that information.
We did notice some buckling in ceiling in our room, we were on the 5th floor.
I’d stay again. and would recommend this location for others.
