Room was clean, well sound proofed, staff helpful (Blanca) moved our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, mini-frig had a constant humming, good location close to main street and the CA-NV border.

I would certainly stay here again. Check in/out super easy and nice. I travel with lysol wipes or other bathroom cleaner, and used them on this trip. The room appeared clean, and bed comfy. The bathroom had that lingering urine smell, which seems more a matter of really cleaning the mop heads, soaking in vinegar, or whatever. Also, I stayed at another hotel in this town the nights following, and same thing: comfy, nice room, but bathroom smell. Really clean mop heads are the answer, and deep cleaning the floors. I was working online in my room most of the day, and had a request for room service, but no one arrived. This was likely one incident since I saw cleaners working on my floor.

Great location for Southern Oregon University. Older facility that has been largely upgraded so is clean and comfortable but remains a basic experience. Good deal for the money.

It is way overdue to redo the bathrooms, please. While appreciating the affordable price and the everyday charm, the bathrooms are what make a visitor feel safe & secure...it need not be fancy tiling, etc., just a dedicated trip to Lowes for new fixtures and shower liners. With respect and thanks, from a relatively happy customer.

Everything was very nice. Except the refrigerator in my room had a buzzing that would come on intermittently. I have a bit of a sensitivity to that kind of constant noise. Other than that the room was very clean and comfy. Thanks

I stayed here twice on a recent road trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 women working there were very friendly and gave me some great dinner recommendations.

I genuinely wish I could give this place a better review as it is clearly a small, family-owned and run motel, and the room was fine, but the service was horrible and unprofessional. First, it is clear they have invested exactly zero time understanding how to accommodate people with disabilities in compliance with federal law, or training their staff to do so. I arrived with my service animal and was met with questions about my dog as a pet or ESA. I told Lindsay, who checked me in, that my dog is not a pet but a service animal. She told me it was hotel policy that I couldn’t stay in a non-pet room with my service animal (which conflicts with disability law). When I suggested they spend time learning the ADA and how to better accommodate people with disabilities, Lindsay condescendingly told me I just must be having a bad day. She was holding back laughter throughout the whole encounter.
Second, their boy, old enough to understand better, was peeking through the window into my room several times, even after I closed the curtains.
I have never been met with such unprofessional, dismissive, patronizing, and disrespectful service.

I have been staying at Timbers for more than 30 years, and I have seen new businesses sprout up making access to this location more difficult.
