Staff was friendly. No hot water entire stay.

My first morning i was awakened by workers on the roof (2 stories my room on 2nd fl) demolishing something which lasted all day. Was never advised by staff of the loud noise i would have deal with at 8 am. My room had no microwave and asked staff if one was available and was told no. Unfortunately, i had to book a vouple extra days, so through hotels .com, i booked a room with microwave for a little more $. Was told by front desk only microwave were in a room with two doible beds and the cost was even higher.

No frills. No fridge, no microwave, no dresser

Check in was pretty easy except that my husband and I both had to show ID (we've never had to do that before). The room was spacious and had a long workspace, a mini fridge and microwave. However, the curtains were in terrible condition with holes here and there. While we were watching TV, a small cockroach crawled along the workspace. Disgusting! My husband killed it but it freaked me out so bad that I had to leave the light on all night! The bed was not very comfortable and I saw a tiny dead cockroach in the bathroom. The tub was in poor condition. We paid $111 for this room and that is way too much considering the poor condition and cockroaches! I've stayed at many Motel 6 locations and this was by far the absolute worst! San Dimas is a nice little town and I expected better accommodations than this. Guess I should have read the reviews before booking.

Decent place to stay, service was good too. Definitely wish they had better WiFi & more washing/drying machines. I stayed in 3 different rooms here & each one had one light that didn’t work, one plug in that didn’t work or something else that didn’t work but not a big deal. It was alright for the price you pay.

We’ve stayed at this location for years during the NHRA races, but this will be our last time. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs so close to the surface that we both had abrasions from turning over throughout the night.
To make matters worse, the extra blanket we requested was covered in stains. For a $200 two-night stay, this level of cleanliness and comfort is completely unacceptable. We regret not complaining on the spot, but we’ll definitely be choosing another property next time

The hotel was in a very good area. The room was very clean and simply. Restaurants were in walking distance. I'm a single female and I felt very secure.

The room was good in cleanliness and size for the price, and the environment and surrounding area were both nice and made it convenient for finding food.

It appears to have a lot of homeless looking people on the property. People loitering at all hours in the parking lot.

Nowhere in the policy does it mention needing every person staying in the rooms IDs. Was almost denied check in because the other person staying with me had not arrived yet. So be careful, seems like they like to throw in rules that aren’t in their policy. The room was a typical Motel 6, random hairs found throughout the room, small insects in the room (no roaches luckily) but I will not return. Sometimes people travel separate and arrive to the room at different times, why should I not be able to enter the room I paid for? And you should only need the ID of the person who booked the room and is paying for it.

inexpensive price, however there was no coffee pot in the room, or tissues, or a good amount of towels. the room smelled bad upon arriving, they missed a day of room cleaning which left us with a bunch of smelly trash in the room we had to sleep inside with until the next day. No breakfast at all only cheap coffee

First off I'll begin with what was good about this particular location, as I believe it's best to commend an establishment for what it's able to do well.
Service is something that is near and dear to my heart, and I take that very seriously. When I didn't have the funds to purchase water, a staff member at the front named Alejandra willingly filled up a large water bottle of mine whenever I asked, which was three times. I really appreciated how she did this no questions asked, as she helped me out when I was in a tough position.
I also appreciated how readily the staff were able to change my room when requested, which happened, again, three times.
Unfortunately, however, as stated above, I had to change my room three times.
In the first room the toilet became clogged and couldn't flush. When I requested help from maintenance, while it was able to flush while he was present, the moment he left and I tried to use the restroom, the problem remained.
I then asked to switch rooms. In the second room, I was in a lower floor room, and when I tried sleeping at night there was a lot of scraping noises from the room above me, and the lights wouldn't turn off easily. I could barely sleep a wink through the night. The bath also filled up with water and did not drain easily, so it leads me to suspect that the condition of the bathrooms in general is very, very poor. There was also a strange odor in this room that made me very uncomfortable.
The third room, however, was better.

You know It needs a complete remodel. Its pretty bad shape. The price is great but hotel room gross, yucky… for $60 more stay in one the other local hotels. Besides extended stay, that one is worse..
