Ordered the room on-line. I selected two people stay. But bed stuff was only for one person, only one blanket in such a cold day. I asked front desk clerk, she said no more blanket and just gave me a pillow. No coffee maker or electric kettle in room.

We checked in the tv service was not working. Entered room and it was very dingy and grubby. There was a yellow disgusting towel hanging in the bathroom. The door to the room was on the exterior of the building and had missing weather stripping making the room very drafty. Multiple times woke up smelling someone smoking refer outside the room. Walks had patches on them. Mold in the shower.

No TV's in the entire building,asked for clean towels at 2:30, Dalia,the front desk cleark told Me,to come back around 6:30pm,went there at 7:00pm and she was able to give Me only 1 bath towel and she was RUDE,yes,her name was Dalia and she doesn't belong at motels 6!!! There was a manager,that I spoke with 1 day prior and she was good/professional& nice,understanding!

A lot of noise do to construction, no clean towels and RUDE front desk cleark/her name was Dalia! Customer relations processed Me complementary room(free room)but didn't keep their promises! At this case, I wouldn't recommend Motel 6 In Schiller Park .

The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is well located with easy access to O’Hare intl. airport.However the customer service was poor! Rude staff. It looked as they were having a bad day! Yeah… for me a smile makes the whole difference. Thanks.

My husband an I wanted to get away for a quiet night away from kids yet close to home. This room was filthy dirty, shower was backing up and TV didn’t work, we left after an hour of being there and our whole night was ruined. I tried to talk to front desk and no one was available, I called to talk to manager and have not gotten a call back.

The O'Hare airport is so close to the hotel and yo can hear the airplanes inside the room. The hotel is a 20 minutes walking to the convention center.

You get what you pay for. We usually stay in mid priced hotels but took our daughter to Chicago and stayed here because planes go right over the hotel and she loves that. The good; its cheaper and close to O'Hare. The bad; it felt dirty and didnt smell great. The bathroom wasnt completely clean with there being some black things in the tub from the previous occupants. No noticeable bugs or anything like that. The planes going over the hotel is loud so keep that in mind if you dont like that.

The floor was gross-our feet/socks were very dirty after walking around it. There was also an odd smell when we opened the door, so we sprayed some mist to cover the smell (which kind of worked) and then we left and came back later and the smell had come back. That all being said, the bed, sink, bathroom, and table were all very clean and organized so it wasn't horrible but yeah the smell and dirty floor was not great.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Tvs didnt work, no lightbulb in bathroom, smoke detector needed battery and kept beeping, room stunk, cockroaches everywhere. Office staff said we could not get a refund because we booked through 3rd party and they could not offer us another room. Maintenance office locked so we could not even get a bulb for bathroom light. Ruined the whole weekend

We got the hotel at 9 pm fall sleep at 3:00 am we got wake up because a lot of rash so we turn on the light what we found were a bunch of bed bugs so I went to the front desk she goes like she was giving us another room and then she goes like I can't refund you at this time because I m not the manager anyway they never did the refund

Probably worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. What appalls me the most is that only double rooms have fridges and microwaves. The bathrooms were dirty and I also noticed some mold.

I love this hotel. Every time I stay they don’t never disappoint me very friendly staff & keeping it clean is their best interest. Area is very quite besides being by the airport and airplanes always noisy it’s a calm and good area to stay. I love the staff & their friendliness & respect they give. Definitely recommend this to any one :)

My stay was good. Room was clean although it did have a strong smell every time I walked in but I’ve smelled worse, could be better though. I didn’t mind the location but if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll be woken up by the planes flying overhead. Other than that, I have no complaints.

A fine place to stay if you need a bed for a cheap price. There were some big dark stains on the curtains, the shower head leaked so the wall was bubbling, and the shelves for the towels hadnt been wiped down in a while. But the bed was clean, we had hot water, and it wasn't loud at night with voices or music. We couldn't tell we were right by the airport.

House keeping walked in while I was sleeping with my kids and then when I said something the lady at the front desk gave an attitude and stated that she was going to make sure to not extend my stay any longer and I told her well u can’t do that because I already paid my stay and she said oh well I’ll let them know after this u can longer stay here I spent a lot of money here to be treated like this last time I checked I did nothing wrong to this lady to be treated this way
