The room has a good amount of space and amenities as we are relocating from Boston. However the cleanliness upon check in and the roaches are my concern. Other than that no complaints.

I really enjoy going to this hotel they are very nice and considerate it's very peaceful in chamblee police is very heavy in the area so it's well safe and very quiet studio 6 is my extended family

The stairs and hallways smell like piss and marijuana. The mattress looks like it was upgraded during the Carter administration. Clean towels were on the floor because the poor housekeeper couldn’t get the cart upstairs due to the elevator being out of service. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Room was not cleaned (dead flies on floor), before our arrival, bathroom sink was stopped up, when someone takes a shower in the room above, it cascades down into this shower through a metal plate in the roof so that's pretty filthy.
We killed 3 roaches within 3 hours of checking in and a total of 10 in our 2 night stay. Place has really gone downhill since our last visit. Wow.
We had already scaled back this visit as it was supposed to be 5 nights. We absolutely would have had to switch hotels if we had to be in town more than 2 nights.

I just have the terrified experience in my life dealing with one of the area managers on site her name. Tasha Conner her behavior was lack of profession, the way she was rudely spoken to me every time that I have engaging a conversation with her,also I have make several request for the room to be clean for 5 days, never got done. It's was yesterday that I called her while I was at work to have the room clean she said yes my name was in the list with housekeeping that was a lie.I found the room as I have left it I spoke to the front desk and explain every things to her to get it done my self.I was very angry about How the disrespect wast keep continued even I lay out my complain to Shaleesha Hollis the head general manager my personal belongings was touch and move to a garbage bag without my consent I have to short my stay and take my business some were else that appreciate their guest with a high standards of costumer service I hope the company will have a serious consultation with her for moving forward of how she's managing this property.

This was the worst experience I had at a hotel! There was no hot water! I had to take a bird bath over sink. The room smell of cigarette smoke. I was supposed to non smoking

The front desk was very rude. They gave an unknown person a key to my room luckily I was In my room to be able to handle the situation( and no it wasn’t house keeping) and when I went to the desk they played dumb and didn’t give anyone a key but the dude they gave they key to was standing right there. Very dirty, The room stunk so bad. There was no shower curtain there was no hot water. Top worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel/hotel. High do not recommend this place. It should be shut down.

It was nasty, the room looked like a haunted house, smell of smoke all over, stained & dirty walls, AC was broken, broken faucet, no trash can, trash pilled up outside. I was more worried about my health then safety! Pictures and video to prove the nastiness of the room.

I booked room from this hotel for 4 days here happened Upon checking in, the staff at the front desk assigned me to an unclean and unsanitary room. When I informed them that the room was not ready, the staff member appeared impatient and irritated. Overall, the accommodations were subpar and did not meet my expectations.

The lady was terrible who charged me on Expedia because , she gave me wrong zip code and I called her to need help and even she didn’t respond me right way. She was extremely rude, I spent more than an hour to find location so it was bad.
