I arrived at 11:15pm and was told the room was not ready. Obviously, not what I expected. The room was clean and recently remodeled, though. However, when I turned on the airconditioner, there was an unpleasant smell. At 6am I was awakened by the couple next door---the walls are very thin. Once awake, the smell was overpowering. I went to the front desk, Brian was helpful. He said he would have maintenance look into the issue, and said that I could switch rooms. I went out for breakfast. When I returned, Brian was gone and Alex was at the front desk. When I inquired about the smell, he said maintenance said it was fine. I said, it is not fine with me. He refused to help or move me to another room. He just kept repeating that maintenance said it was fine. I eventually had to call hotels.com to help me resolve the issue. In the process, another person checked in for a "short stay." Just one more questionable aspect about this hotel. I chose this place because it came highly rated; however, I would not recommend to any other single women or families.

We really enjoyed our room here. Looks like they recently renovated, and everything was very pleasant. Room was cleaned and freshly scented each day. There's a nice walking trail you can access from the parking lot, and it was convenient to everything in the Yonkers area. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had any needs. The price was much lower than any comparable hotels I found. I'd definitely go here again.

I truly don’t even know where to start. We came here last minute and I truly would have rather stayed in my car. The room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The bed sheets had blood stains, black spots and smelled TERRIBLE. The room smelled like pure pee, no matter what we did it smelled like pee. Absolutely DISGUSTING! The towels were all dirty and stained, so was the bathroom. The floors were sticky and so dirty, along with the night stand tables. I had to wipe things down with wipes because the tables were dirty and sticky. The staff was very very very unwelcoming. I would NEVERRRRRRR recommend this place to anyone! I truly rather sleep in my car before I EVERRRRRR stay in this place again! The area was extremely sketchy, and felt very unsafe.

I specifically chose this place instead of a large chain in order to help local businesses. Upon arrival I went into my room and within 10 minutes one of the staff burst into the room and I understand that it may have been the mistake. It was very uncomfortable. When I went to the manager, although she had agreed that it was unfortunate she was cold and acted as she was just sweeping it under the rug. After it happened, I got a very weird feeling that anyone at any time would come into the room so I decided to leave. Not without pushback the hotel manager at first was stating that no refund would be given. Thanks to Hotels.com. I received my refund and stayed at another location. I was trying to get something for nothing. I was not trying to hurt a small business but when you're resting in your room and somebody said no matter who you are, it's an uncomfortable feeling that I was not willing to deal with , a very limited day off the room was clean for the short amount of time that I was in it and I regret that I could not stay there but in the end it's about what I feel comfortable with. Sidenote, I was told that she forgot to empty the garbage cans in the room, which is why she came in , but they were all empty.

From the outside the property feels like a 1950/60's Motel, that has been surrounded by newer high-ways so access is a bit tricky. It is well run, clean, and the room was recently renovated.

They didn't want us to park our truck there (small delivery truck).

Check in is at 3 pm i arrived at 6 pm and room wasnt ready. An hour later checked in . Following day concluded meetings earlier than expected and would not need the extra day. Checked out 1:30 pm and requested a refund for the difference which was denied. Given that this place is a motel at best - its not like the room wasn't going to be rebooked

Don't like that it has because hard to get a room because they're holding a lot of room for undocumented people
