Pros - Delicious food, helpful staff
Cons - The rooms are not sound proof, we were were occupying a ground floor room and we could constantly hear the footsteps & conversations of the people occupying the 1st floor room which was not a good experience

Excellent brekfast, food and service. Friendly and helpful staff! Since the houses are built of rosewood we got a cosy feeling, however also thin walls/ceiling.
I can really recommend eating there.

We stayed a week while we went scuba diving, sight-seeing, and walking. The service isn’t Lvie Woods was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The food was excellent! We loved the setting; it felt like a peaceful sanctuary giving us options away from the party time atmosphere of Calangute beach when we wanted. Lavie Woods caters to both Indian and foreign clientele, with many families bringing young children. Prices were very reasonable. Deepak Arya was especially helpful, and we feel like we have made a good friend in him. Many others also made our stay memorable. Transportation is easy to arrange and there are shopping and services nearby. The area feels very safe. Lavie Woods is a well-run, very pleasant place to stay.

We stayed in a downstairs room in one of 11 double-storey wooden chalets just a few steps from the pool and restaurant.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable, but at times quite noisy as there appeared to be no insulation between the upstairs and downstairs rooms and we could hear every footstep and other noises from above.
We had fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water most days. The room was cleaned every second day, or on request, including fresh bedding,
We had a lovely meal in the restaurant - many thanks to Reesha (not sure of spelling) for his recommendations and attentiveness.
The air-conditioning worked well. There was a working safe deposit box in the room.
We felt the shower room was in need of renovation; even replacing the shower curtain would have helped.
The pool was quite small, but perfect for a cooling dip, The beach was only a short walk away, as was the main street, with a great choice of shops and restaurants.
Security was good; we felt safe and secure.
A special thanks to Deepak who took care of all our needs at breakfast time and always found time for a chat.
Reception staff and cleaners were all kind and helpful.

The hotel is at very nice location. It's very near to Calangute beach and have some nice restaurants nearby. The food served in hotel is also nice. The breakfast served everyday is a mix of North Indian and South Indian cuisine. People working here are very gentle and helping. It's a nice place to stay with family and kids also. They also help for arranging taxis for local visit and also provide bike on rent. It's at 10 mins walking distance to Baga where one can visit for night clubs.

Very nice and tasteful resort. Although its spread over a small area the location, staff, decor and service are above par. Manager Mr. Bhattacharya is very helpful and nice :)

Had a good stay, the manager was friendly and accommodated my special request for a cake (happened to be my hubby's birthday).
The only challenge was the old bollywood music they kept playing, kinda killed the vibe
