There was no recycling, so that would've been nicr to have. Both bars were down and the 2nd floor outdoor one seemed nice, would like to have been able to visit and have folks over. The beds are fairly uncomfortable. Overall a nice stay in a good location with an incredible staff

Overall terrible experience. Service was poor; I checked in an hour past check-in time, I offered my friend to wait in my room as hers wasn’t ready at 4pm, by the time her room was ready and she had to push for it, it was almost 6pm. Due to this inconvenience, we asked for late check out at 12:30pm so we could get back from the conference we were attending during lunch time; the staff told me after noon they will charge us. Very bad customer care on this matter. My blanket had a stain on it that looked like blood; I asked for a replacement and they brought a fresh one, though quality control is obviously lacking. The lady who looked like the manager was not friendly, had a grumpy face during our check-out and despite hearing our request for late check-out due to make up for the very late check-in on their part did not care to communicate or assist to make us feel valued as customers. Terrible experience overall and will not return.

The outdoor bar pictured had been closed for some time. That was disappointing. I also had an issue with the street noise keeping me awake on a Saturday night. It was better

Requested the safe to be fixed, nowhere staff member wasn’t on site until next day. This was still then not done.
Also wasn’t informed the rooftop bar was closed for renovation.
As VIP, was given a free drink for 2, but given a bottle of wine, with no corkscrew.
Luckily, only stayed for 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay longer

The room was very small. There was no room to open luggage. There was no full length hanging available. The shade was broken. There was a loud homeless person in the alley outside. All the furniture on the rooftop deck was dirty, tattered or broken

I am a frequent guest at your hotel and I've always loved it because it is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and somewhat modern, and it's overall affordable.
That being said, I am ALWAYS feeling a bit on edge when checking in or whenever dealing with front desk reception. In almost all circumstances, your front desk personnel are generally very prickly and they act like they are being put-out by anything you ask them.
I have accepted this unfortunate behavior as a returning guest, but my recent situation sort of was a final straw for me. My partner who was staying in my room with me was sick and using our hotel bathroom and I went downstairs to use the bathroom in the hotel lobby.
I was told I couldn't use it. It was the reception's personal bathroom and that the hotel has no public bathrooms.
Interesting, because I am not the "public." I was a paying guest. I don't think I need to say more about that.
What I will tell you is that what was once modern, chic boutique hotel is quickly turning into an undesirable place to stay.

Got a room to freshen up before a business meeting in LA. My window faced the parking lot and Sunset blvd. The blinds and curtains did not close all the way, they were open 2 ft at the bottom, so people in the parking lot and on Sunset could see into my room. When I tried to close the shade and curtains it rained dust on me, and they wouldn’t close, they were internationally short. They need CLEAN soundproof curtains and roll down black out shades that work. Had I intended to stay the night, I would have gone to ask for another room with curtains.
You have to ask from desk for ice.
Has a small parking lot.

The location on Sunset was pretty good, although a little too far east. It is an old hotel, with new lipstick on it. Bed was comfortable, but super noisy at night. The coffee was cold in the morning in the lobby at 7:00 am. The attendant said he'd just made it, but showed him how lukewarm it was, barely could feel it if you put your finger in the cup. He said just stick it in the microwave - he wasn't making a fresh cup.

It was okay for it,s price but the hotel was worn out and stuff were a bit broken. The roofterass was really dirty and didn't seem to have been used in a while.
It was some homeless people sleeping in the back of the hotel but they didn't bother us.
The staff was nice and helpful.

Pictures make it look more well kept but hallways and areas of the room are very old. The roof deck is very worn with holes in the furniture.

The lounge/bar area was under construction and that was not stated anywhere. I wouldn’t have chosen this place without the amenities.

It is a nice hotel. They have fresh brewed coffee and cold water available all day. Close to a grocery store. I am very happy with our experience there. Thanks Moment Hotel

Staff was not particularly friendly, very neutral and „just doing the job“. The room was OK but the windows were not well insulated and we could hear traffic all night - not pleasant.
