Decent enough hotel and can usually get a good price

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Better than average continental breakfast. Could have had a little better housekeeping. Only obvious sign anyone had been in the room were that the wet towels were removed. No fresh towels or t-paper (had to request) and trash. It emptied. Stay was only two nights though.

Needed a place to sleep, that’s it. The property met that need.
2.5
It was great. Only suggestion would be to have a meat option at breakfast. Also have long pillows instead of short ones.

You get what you pay for - moldy ceilings and paper thin walls.

Arrived after dark and the outside felt sketchy. Front desk and breakfast area was not as nice as in the hotel pictures. It was a non smoking hotel and as soon as we walked up the stairs we could smell weed. Our bedspread had cigarette holes in it. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. The window seat cushion had stains on it. If I hadn’t prepaid we would not have stayed.

I didn’t get the room I booked but not a huge deal since I was alone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they didn’t have any usb outlets in the room I had to go to Wal Mart to buy one.

Right off the highway and clean. Modest but fine!

I stayed there twice within a short period of time and both times, the two different rooms I stayed in had the same odd odor. Like musty. Everything else was fine, except that the first time I went the front desk worker didn’t know what he was doing and tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid. He then admitted that he had just started working there. He was by himself and clearly had not been trained properly so I’m not sure why they left him there by himself. The second time I stayed there, the front desk worker went out of her way to tell me there’s no smoking as I was about to go to the room even though I had just signed a paper she gave m where I had to acknowledge and agree that there was no smoking allowed. It was fine otherwise. I had no other issues besides that the room smelled.

Everytime I stay it is always well clean and they are always so nice. Breakfast be so good I just wish they would have meat and it will make breakfast hit even better but all in all my stay at this hotel was indeed the best experience. I recommend this to my family.

The property was clean. Staff was pleasant.
The internet and tvs weren't operating for most of my one night stay.
Breakfast was disappointing because the waffle maker was inoperable. That's all I wanted. Entering and exiting the property was difficult.

Front staff not friendly or helpful. Walls are thin and can hear the next room conversations, not sure if this was because it was a connecting room and the sound traveled through the door? The room aas clean but strong cleaners used so needed to have the door open upon arriving to air out room.

Bathroom was not clean and had hair on toilet, in tub & in sink. Half used shampoo on counter and no soap.
Floor in room was messed up. Bed & pillows were both so uncomfortable. Clerk at desk was super sweet. We didn't bring anything to her attention since we were just there for an overnight stay. They definitely need to update this property!

This is a quiet compact hotel. The rooms are small, but I didn't stay there to entertain. The bathroom was large, the water pressure was outstanding and there was plenty of hot water! The bed was excellent. I brought my own pillows. The room was clean and the staff came and cleaned the room and touched up everything every day. New soap was brought daily. It has a small fridge but no microwave. The ac worked perfect and the temperature control worked perfect. The cleaning staff and every single person was extremely friendly and happy to help in any way. The location was perfect. Restaurants were in very easy walking distance from Wafflehouse to outstanding BBQ and upscale Mexican food. Walmart was just 5 minutes away by car and 10 minutes if you walked. The price was great. The breakfast was continental but everything was fresh and restocked constantly. I never left hungry, and the facilities were clean! I get up early and visited while they made coffee, cleaned, and stocked things daily. It was the perfect stay for my needs.

The young lady at the front desk was extra nice and even though I was having a bad day she was patient with means that goes a very long way!

Small room but had a table, refrig , tv and bed. But I selected a 1 bed room. Ckean, bed comfortable. Could use some newer pillows but at least they had 3. Safe area.

This is a small Microtel but it served our needs perfectly: close to the interstate & a nearby meeting, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, breakfast. I was impressed to see hard floor instead of carpet in the room. Cons: the parking lot is tight (not ideal for large trucks) and the shower curtain rod is the curved style which puts the curtain somewhat in the way outside the shower.

This property was close to Auburn University and all the other shopping in amenities.

Good value for the money. Nice staff, clean rooms. What you would expect when you are looking for a short visit no frills basic sleeping facility

I booked online and upon arrival decided not to stay. It was really dirty, the desk clerk was on the phone and not interested in helping me. I used a common area restroom and that clinched it for me. I went to another hotel.

Small room and bed was hard

Terrible service. Noisy tenants
