This hotel was amazing. I stayed for one night, however, I had a good experience. The hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast had so many options to choose from. The room was nice and spacious. I really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to the Port of Miami to get on my cruise. The next time i cruise, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was very spacious but the shower did not work properly and the phone did not work. I was able to change rooms but the new room stayed cold and the hot water took 10 minutes or more to get hot

Wonderful stay. Shuttle from airport and to port of Miami were fantastic. No wait for either. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

There was NO shuttle bus service as advertised from the Miami airport to the hotel. This was one of the main reasons I booked a room with this hotel as they advertised free airport to hotel shuttle service. We waited 1 1/2 hours and finally called on uber to take us to the hotel. We ask many airport staffs if we were at the proper location for Comfort Inn shuttle bus pick up and they confirmed we were at the right location. Never saw not one Confort Inn shuttle bus pass by. Once we finally made it to the hotel after flying all day, they did not have any luggage carts to be used and we had 5 suitcases we had to drag up to the 7th floor. The service counter rep told us that people keep them in their rooms. Will never stay there again.

Room was very clean & bed comfortable. They had a decent free breakfast. There’s only a Sports bar & a subway nearby for food. Sports bar food was pretty good. Wouldn’t walk late at night. Streets around are a little sketchy.

Great spot for an over night trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable. In room coffee machine, 2 queen beds, quite comfortable, plenty of pillows. Tv with cable channels. Breakfast was the ordinary continental variety with eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, toast, muffins. Bathroom was clean and mini soaps, shampoos, conditioners. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port at no extra cost. Will definitely stay here again if back in Miami.

The Hotel by itself was good and comfortable. The Shuttle pick up is a huge issue. They made me wait 1.45 hrs for the shuttle telling me its on the way and so on. The driver for the pick up came and then said he has to go somewhere - some Shop and left me waiting longer. Finally I took an Uber. If the shuttle is an issue, they can inform beforehand, so I could have just taken a Uber without waiting. Besides the poor shuttle service, everything else was very good.

It was a great stay. The receptionist was so nice to let us wait for our room since we have to check in early. The free shuttle is a lil disappointing since the driver didnt come on time but other than that room is spacious and clean.

The shutlle from and to airport where ok . Also TO cruiseport but we booked a shutlle BACK from cruiseport to hotel is fake . We make phonecall , the shut pick us up at 9u30 Am and we wait till 11u30 meanwhile several phonecalls with promiss and at 11u30 they say they did come . So we took a uber

The only negative about this property is the fragrance they use. If you have allergies please make note that the smell is very strong. The hotel and staff was very nice and property was clean. The smell was overwhelming.

Comfort Inn, even thou it is near a major road was quiet inside and near the Miami International Airport. Unfortunately I was sick and could not enjoy the breakfast the 2 days that we stayed, I was grateful that the cleaning, lady, knowing my condition, supplied us with extra towels in case we needed them.
