Nice room with excellent lighting. No theatrical lighting parts of the room. No other interior design features to hamper the occupant by requiring one to figure out how does that work. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel is very central, you can walk to most key places. We were even able to charge our electric car and we parked right in front if the hotel (parking is not included). The view from the hotel was great. Staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel itself was nice, and the room clean and beautiful with a great view. However our experience in the hotel restaurant wasn't great. We had to wait for the service for quite a bit (there was a wedding in the bigger dining room, so it was understandable that the staff was busy). However, when the food came, my friend found a hair in hers. It was late and already hard to get a hold on the waiter so she just let it slide but later they mixed the desserts too and brought a random slice of cake instead of what we ordered. At that point we just wanted to pay and leave. The so-called icing on the cake was when we finally got to pay for our meals and our waiter insisted that we tip her 10% for the service (she didn't continue until we wrote down the 10% tip on the receipt). This all just left a really bad taste in the mouth. Maybe on a better day the service would be better, but I wouldn't bet on it. Without this, the rating for the hotel would've been 9/10.

This property is clean, the staff is great and the food they serve during breakfast and room service is very good. This property has been modernized in the common areas. However, the furniture in the suite we rented was old and shows excessive use. The suite we rented, had uncomfortable, discolored and dated couch and armchairs. Should the furniture be updated, we would give this hotel a 5 star.

Good property in the citycenter, hotel not so crowded, restaurant functional as should be (not only for the breakfast), easy to reach city center points of interests by walking. Room clean, even the hotel will need a refurbish sooner then later.

I asked for a room on the top floor and I was offered a room on the 1st floor. I didn't complain but eventually I found out later on that the WIFI wasn't working on that area which matters a lot to me. I was there for work, not leisure.

It’s a fabulous hotel. The rooms are spacious and greet you with water and coffee and mini fridge should you decide to partake or need to keep something cold. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly suggest if you need accommodations in Arad, you stay here. Everything is within walking distance. Museums, the river walk, restaurants and shopping.

The best place in the city. Not so new, yet still elegant and classy. Food is excellent. Great customer service. I forgot my wallet on the front desk top and by the time I reached the 1st floor room somebody was already ahead of me bringing my wallet.
