Was exactly what we needed for a week long work stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a plumbing problem and there was no water for about half of a day but luckily we were already showered and out before it happened. Felt sorry for the staff cuz people were being awful to them about something they had no control over. Would definitely stay again

Was exactly what we needed for a week long work stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. My experience hasn’t been the best check in and the room was the only thing good about my stay I wasn’t able to reach the front desk when calling from the room and then I was trying to reach them after my stay and was on the line for an hour someone picked up the phone didn’t say anything but was talking to someone in the background and then hung up the call. Someone has been trying to charge my card at least 20 times with different amounts and I still haven’t been able to speak to the hotel to get this resolved. It seems to be fraudulent activity since it was charges coming in back to back with each charge going down to see how much it would get approved for

Had a great getaway with my wife and we loved our room. The kitchen was a definite plus and we felt like it was our little home away from home. We enjoyed some drinks out by the fire pit in the evening and we loved the friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

Convenient to six flags and a good mid point rest before heading down to San Diego

Sofa bed was in a bad condition. No drinking water available for purchase or free anywhere in the hotel, lobby, and fitness.

stayed super close to Six Flags for my bf’s birthday!! the rooms are like a little studio, so we were able to set it up like a home away from home for our short stay <3 relatively clean, and breakfast isn’t as inedible as everyone says it is 😂 it’s a free continental breakfast, so don’t expect much, but it got me through my morning. :)

We had many problems while staying at this hotel. The first night our phone was broken and we found a dead bed bug in our room. Also we felt like we were at a pool party with how loud and clear we could hear everything from pool area despite being in second floor. The next morning maintenance came and replace our phone. He also took bug to show manager. We then had to move rooms which was frustrating. Nobody seemed to realize we were in a handicap room as I am disabled so we had to get switched a couple times before it was the right kind of room. Our son has autism and has a hard time with change so this was a difficult transition. The new room had several things that didn’t work like usb outlets,light and curtain switches. This morning I woke up with six bed bug bites! When I spoke to the manager he was very dismissive and disrespectful towards me. He acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and felt like he was accusing me of bringing bed bugs with me even though I had no bites prior. Years and years ago we got them from another hotel so we are very aware of what it is like. There were also little issues with incorrect information about there being a restaurant, have tea and coffee out,no waffles during the week. Even on fourth floor we could hear the pool area. On top of all that the beds were uncomfortable. We usually stay in Hilton hotels and will be going back to them. This was a terrible experience!
