Honestly, the staff here are some of the most patient, kind, and generous folks you will ever meet. My only gripe is that the WiFi was very poor and caused issues when in virtual meetings. However, the staff were splendid and am happy to have stayed here.

This was my first stay in Germany and the hotel was great, they served breakfast every morning and they were able to recommend great alternatives over the weekend. The staff also spoke English which was a plus for me.

Big room, very nice bathroom, friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was a little hectic with some guests pushing in. Car park privately owned so have to get ticket validated every time. Comfortable bed. Overall quite pleasant!

Aircondition unit does not work. Called the reception disk. Told me to increase the fan. Its 74 degress in my room. We are sweating bullets. We open the windows but our room is facing the main road so road noise prevent us from sleeping soundly. Took 2 showers just to make myself comfortable.

Property was very well kept. Nice and economical parking. AC in the room did not go below 23.5 C, the room was very warm inside and the hotel did not had floor or desk fans available. Tried to sleep with window open for a little comfort but room was facing main road, too loud for the window to stay open.

We booked at the last minute on a spontaneous trip to the Black Forest. The staff was welcoming and the room was very clean with all necessary amenities. It has everything we could have wanted and accommodated our two dogs as well.

It was very perfect choice for my business trip. Even though there is nothing to go for eats & drinks near to the hotel, they have nice bar and restaurant for 24Hrs (We had a great dinner even we return back to the hotel at late time) The Breakfast was well-organized and delicious breads & Coffees. And all facilities and room were brand-new and clean. Nice and strong water flow for shower. The WiFi signal was strong for all rooms and fast (my team used 3 individual rooms in different location of hotel) And also reception was very kind and quick response for my additional requirement. (I asked for changing room to higher floor _ Ordinary Room was clean &nice but the first floor was weird & scary for me, the reception checked vacancy of room and change immediately) I definitely revisit again if I have another chance to visit same location.

I enjoyed 2 nights at this beautiful modern hotel. Receptionist was very helpful and co-operative( i do not recall her name ). I had a problem with my rented car, she offered to call them and was very patient with them. I really appreciate that, she solved my problem. The hotel is new and so clean and beautifully decorated in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Our stay was fantastic we went on a quick trip to the Black Forest. The hotel is 20-30 min from Black Forest even though is not the most convenient I don’t regret staying here breakfast was great, service was great, room was clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

As for restaurant&bar in front of reception, staffs are good and friendly although the're lots of tour guest during my staying so staffs are not able to care for me very much. Bed is excellent. it was good and could have nice sleeping.
