Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. The Plaza restaurant had very good menu. The breakfast buffet had choices which were tasty and varied over four days we stayed.
Airport shuttle was an excellent perk.

Overall good experience. Seems to be the nicest hotel in the area, but there are not many nice hotels in Pucallpa. Super clean hotel. Rooms are small, but have all of the necessities. Beers and waters in the fridge are free which was great. Breakfast is included which is nice, but it is pretty basic and you get tired of it after a couple of days. Lunch and dinner options were decent. Pool area is nice and nice that they serve drinks and food there. The gym was decent. Staff was good, but not great. Some friendlier then others. It is a 3.5 star hotel so for that rating and the price I thought it was worth it. I wouldn’t go back to Pucallpa unless I had a good reason to. If I did I would probably stay at this hotel again. I went with my girlfriend. Hotel was filled with business visitors and or couples.

Just went for a one night stay and the hotel is overall good. But it was very disappointing that the one day stayed, the pool was under maintenance. Bathrooms could use an extractor.

This place is just great. Jennifer and Rosario in the Restaurant are incredible attentive, and remembered our names and special diet. Alexandra at the front desk, and Edgar responded instantly to all our requests. They were just great.
And the prices are remarkable. We stayed 8 days and could not have asked for anything more.
Housekeeping was attentive, fast, super clean, and never forgot anything.
The restaurant was just great. The production of their unique regional dishes was spot on.
The pool area was beautiful. Perfectly appointed and maintained.

This was for my daughter and her friend. My experience was very good. They were assigned a person who was a liaison, and offered a free ride from/to the airport—important because taxis aren’t regulated like in the US, so getting a ride from the wrong person is dangerous. My daughter said the room was clean... in other hotels in Pucallpa she encountered mold and bedbugs.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly but the beds are really uncomfortable. I’d recommend going there if you are interested in the jungle, which is one of my favorites in Peru. The restaurant is ok, although the food during breakfast could improve. They also charged me three nights but didn’t give me the chance of gains an open voucher, so every time I needed to pay for something, I couldn’t charge it to the room
