Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given.

STAY AWAY! My friend and I did not feel safe at all at this place that could barely pass for a motel, let alone a hotel. The rooms are located on the second floor but to access the stairs you have to go through a metal gate that was locked with a padlock that the single employee, Carlos, had the only key to. He told us we couldn’t have a key. What if there was an emergency and the gate was locked? How would we have gotten out? Our room and it was bare bones, small VERY hard bed, pillows covered in plastic (?) material in the thinnest possible pillow cases, dirty bed sheets, spiders in the corners, dirty floors. It was definitely not comfortable at all. The door was a double door that had two openings at the top of each (windows?) and it did not have a dead bolt. As I was undressing to get ready for bed, I happened to look out one of them and I saw Carlos looking in! I ran to the corner to hide from view and was just really creeped out after that. Later, when my friend was in the shower, Carlos knocked on our door saying he was returning my ID. I opened it just a bit and he asked if my friend and I were NOVIAS! I said no then he told me I was MUY BONITA and proceeded to ask if I needed ACOMPAÑAR ACOSTARSE! Very inappropriate and scary! I shut the door on him and told my friend about it. It was late and we had nowhere else to go so we tried to go to sleep but couldn’t from worrying that Carlos would sneak into our room while we were asleep. We left as soon as we woke up at 8am
