The hotel was clean , staff were very good . The beds are due for replacement soft and saggy . Well past due . Sleeping in a divot.

Check in was slow and they were having problems. The hot tub was out of order. The area is quiet and safe! Beds were comfortable

I had to visit for work and I needed a hotel near where I was going and this was perfect. It was right across the street from the place I had to go and everything was smooth and nice. Nice facility, nice staff, good value.

Dated and needs repairs and updating. Breakfast is ok but the “Out of Service” sign on the waffle maker appears to be permanent. The same with the “Out of Order” sign on the swimming pool. No indication they will ever function again. The carpet in rooms and hallways is old and dirty, needs good cleaning at minimum.

The front desk was awesome, all of them! The only criticism I have is that breakfast was the exact same every morning. Maybe change it up some, please.

All was good until checkout when I noticed that payment had already been made on my credit card but my credit card also showed that I was going to be charged for the nights stay again. I pointed it out to the desk clerk who said yes it’s coming out on your credit card. I had to tell her 4 times that it had already come out. She finally look at it and realized she was charging me for someone else’s room. She fixed it after that. I feel she should have been more attentive when I first pointed out the error instead of admiring the next family who was checking out. Hotel was clean and comfortable and if you are looking to stay near the hotel while family is at the hospital next door it’s a perfect location. The restaurant next door has great food for breakfast and lunch.

Just abit ‘blah’ but suitable for a nights sleep. Beds comfortable and although our room faced the busy road - with AC on we couldn’t hear the traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. I guess I expected something abit prettier / lighter decor inside given its wine country with lots of tourists. That was the biggest let down after a day of visiting spectacular wine estates. Guests seemed to tourists - not business people (week day). We had just stayed in a hotel downtown Portland and it cost less and was a much much nicer bigger hotel with fresh decor and new bathrooms. Very close by is the Aviation museum (possible place to visit if you end your day early) and next door is a place that is called ‘Diner’ which we didn’t check out)

We loved our stay. It was quiet and clean. The pool was heated, which was awesome for our small children.
