Very convenient being at the train and subway station with so many food options and even has a multistory multi-item store! Great views being on the 10th floor, quiet with comfy beds, and very secure.

This hotel is perfect for travelers who prioritize location. There are many train lines just under the hotel (same building) and it is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, though most are just so-so compared with the Yokohama or Minatomirai areas. Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms are small but very clean and comes with good amenities.

If you're heading out on the Shinkansen early in the morning this is the place to stay, as it's directly above the train station.
Check-in was easy and quick; the hotel staff are so kind and polite. There is a fitness room - which we weren't able to use, and a laundry room - for which I was *so* grateful as we desperately needed it by that point in the holiday. It cost 300 yen for a wash, and 500 yen for a wash/dry. I tried to put in coins but it didn't work, so I put in a thousand yen note and that worked just fine.
The room itself is small by western standards, large by Japanese standards. The beds are comfortable, though they had the same issue as the other western-style hotels we stayed in: there was a faint scent of stale sweat on the pillow and quilt. I used my travel pillow and made sure the quilt wasn't pulled up to my face and it didn't bother me too much.
There were great amenities: toothbrush/toothpaste etc as well as robes and slippers. Even better, the bath had a drying line - SO helpful!
Directly outside the hotel are many restaurants. If you have breakfast included you are given a voucher which you take to Royal Host just outside the hotel door. It is a small breakfast buffet including both western-style as well as Japanese breakfast items.
All in all, a very comfortable, clean hotel in which to stay. I preferred it above the Hilton Yokohama simply because the bed didn't smell as much. Not as centrally located though.

We loved the staff - super helpful. They used quality items like Dyson hair dryer, and bathroom facilities were top notch - the best so far in the 14 hotels we have stayed at on this trip alone. Soft close doors, and minimalist design, loved both rooms - of course, loved the 3 bed room better than the 2 bed room with the detached toilet room with its own designated sink. The food was edible, but taste and quality was not the best but the walkability to Costco - Japan, and the Eon Mall was very good. Totally close from the train station - love the location.
