The employees were very nice and the room was adequate. Just seems a bit run down. Our tile floor in the bathroom was losing grout so it made a lot of noise when you walked in the bathroom.

Upon our arrival we found the elevators to be out of service, so I had to carry everything up multiple flights of stairs. There was (what felt like) no a/c in the hallways or stairwell, so I was drenched in sweat by the time I got to my room. That’s when I found my keys didn’t work. After multiple trips down and up the stairs to the front desk my key still didn’t work. The clerk had to make a “special” key to get us in our room. The curtains had brown stains. The carpeted floors had thick layers of black “sludge”, particularly around the furniture.

Tiles was coming up in the bathroom. I fell down several times because the uneven floors and tripped on the tiles in the bathroom.

The room was dirty and the carpet and sofa had lots of stains on them. The bathroom was so outdated and needs repair. Not at all what the photos represent.

My grandmother used ad in the hospital and we scheduled a stay. She ended up passing away 3 mins after we scheduled the stay. I immediately called the hotel as well as messaged through the app to cancel the stay. I have no response. We were ignored completely. Called again and could not get anyone to speak with us. This was one of the worst days of our lives and we couldn’t get anyone to respond. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I understand bad days happen. But this was absolutely unacceptable and ignoring us was just disappointing and disrespectful. Front desk telling us we should send proof of the death is probably the worst ever.

Well we had to wait for front desk to check in. Then we get to room and get comfortable and someone was trying to get in. The hotel gave the same room to two different people. The room and hotel needs a serious makeover. There was no hot water to take a shower, it was warm but not hot. I was just very disappointed in this hotel.

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing worked. Ice machine and elevator down, air conditioner leaked, rug was soaked, hot tub and restroom broke down in pool area, breakfast was horrible, coffee was cold, coffee maker in the room was broke, toilet ran all night. All this for 150.00 dollars. It was the worst.

I requested a refund for my due to poor room conditions and no room service. For me and my autistic, minor daughter's entire stay, our room was hot - the room AC was poorly functioning and felt like at least 75°. When I mentioned it to staff, I was given a box fan because there were no more rooms available. Also, our room was not cleaned. We were gone for much of the day attending a funeral in town, so we did not notice until returning to the room later in the evening.

This property is falling apart. A plumbing leak was flooding the lobby through the ceiling and the air conditioning was broken in the dining room. Staff was super friendly but that’s the only positive.

not a clean property at all!! They have bed bugs and roaches and clearly know it. There were roaches crawling around the lobby when we left, after we found two bed bugs crawling on the walls in the room. We didn’t stay for any of the nights we booked. Still waiting on a refund from hotel.

The hotel was quite warm. The AC unit in the room was very loud (like rattly broken down loud, not soothing, white noise…we had to raise our voices to hear each other above it). It cooled our room down more than the halls and lobby, but it was still warm. At check in, I was surprised to pay a $75 nonrefundable pet fee. Expedia indicated it was pet friendly and didn’t say anything about a fee. The shower in our room had difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature. I definitely wouldn’t book here again.
