Very lovely and helpful staff at this hotel! The restaurant had good food and drink options. Hot water and A/C in the spacious room. Fairly hard beds. Loud music in the neighborhood persisted until midnight and the rooms were not very sound-insulated, but it was a nice stay overall! Easy check in/out process.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was average for a bed and breakfast in Ghana. I enjoyed the meals at the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The check in and check out was smooth and easy. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

Like being on a hill that allowed us to see the setting sun while enjoying the cool breeze. Staff were great. Bed a little too hard or bumpy in the middle; weak Wi -fi due to power cut; some waste water smell at the dining area of new bar at front. But overall we love the structure, decoration and the helpful staffs. Would stay there again.
PS. Reminder to tell guests that the ride to the airport is being changed and my free

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fine.
A little far from the centre but relaxing and quiet with two restaurants/bars.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a wonderful place in Kumasi. The room I had was spacious enough, yet comfortable, and has a ceiling fan, a/c, and a television with good stations. The bathroom was wonderful, and has a good amount of hanging hooks. The entire guest house is beautifully decorated with African art, and has a really lovely terrace that is great to use for relaxation and reading. The breakfast is generous, and the restaurant has a good selection of offerings. It would be nice if the cocktails on the menu were available all the time, but other than that, wonderful! The location is also fantastic - basically on the border between Ejisu and Kumasi, with easy access to central and downtown Kumasi (tech, Kejetia, etc ...) with a trotro. I will be more than happy to stay here again!

A 1-Star but offers better customer service than some 4-stars I’ve been to here in Ghana!
Rooms are well kept, spacious and tasteful. Hot showers, fast Wi-Fi are typically my greatest needs when I'm away from home and they delivered.
Dinner to my room arrived fairly quickly, despite a heavy downpour(typical excuse for everything that shows down in Ghana).
Staff are well trained and the passion in which they welcome you and offer service is remarkable. I hope they keep this up and look forward to visiting them...hopefully, they would be rightly labeled as 3-star minimum by then.
Great stay!

This hotel cares about the comfort of its guests and goes over and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. Not the easiest place to find initially and a bit far from anywhere, as nothing is within walking distance. Road leading to property is good, as generally roads are poor. Could be better signposted. The customer service is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was an average place to stay. Rooms are pretty clean, breakfast wasn't too good. very courteous and professional receptionists. Food was also average not too good but manageable. The only toiletries provided are soap and toilet roll. Ill give the place 3 stars.

I absolutely love Asantewaa Premier Guesthouse. The place is clean and the rooms are very well kept. To top it off, there is a wonderful restaurant located there. The food is great, the overall customer Service at this place is above standard. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for us. This is my home away from home in Kumasi. I've stayed here before, and will stay again next year when I visit Ghana.

I booked 4 rooms from hotels.com website for my colleagues and myself. I received confirmation email saying "booking is guaranteed and all paid for." When we arrived around 9:30pm on Friday 2nd August after a very long journey from Bole, I was told they are fully booked and no room is available. The manager agreed to find us an alternative accommodation nearby. We were then taken to a place on top of a filling station with extremely loud music and noise from the road! We refused to stay there as it was not of the same standard as the Asantewaa Premier Guesthouse. The staff who was instructed to take us there called the manager again to ask if he can arrange a different hotel for us. One of my colleagues stayed at Anita hotel before and it is nearby. The manager said on the phone that Anita is more expensive and he is unwilling to cover the additional costs. The manager said they always sent their guests to the hotel on top the filling station. It was passed 10pm and we were all extremely tired after the long car drive from Bole to Kumasi. The manager said if we do not like his arrangement I can still cancel the room booking right now as I have not been charged. How ridiculous! The rooms I booked were non-refundable and the confirmation email says "booking is guaranteed and all paid for". We were expecting the manager to put us in a hotel of similar quality but were taken to the top of a filling station. And there was no apologies from them! We had to pay for another hotel.

We stayed in Room No. 6 for one night. The hotel turned on the generator around 11pm and it was really loud. I think my room was right next to the generator. The breakfast was not very good. We ate supper in the hotel restaurant. If I had another option, I would not eat there. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff. They are friendly and make you feel welcome.
