Hotel looks like nothing has been changed since 1980. Can’t open windows due to street noise. Front desk staff was not very kind. Garage is very tight for parking & the elevators do not actually take you to your room you will still need to go up and down stairs.

Hotel was classic and nice, all worked well. Except there was hidden costs included. In description was mentioned ”parking” as a servise, but lady in reseption informed need to pay extra. Was too tried to argue with her so just paid. But the total experience was as cheated even if otherwise all was good.

Very cute hotel with lots of charm! The front desk staff was super welcoming and had great recommendations for places/ restaurants to visit. We only stayed one night but wished our stop was longer. The breakfast was also definitely worth the 12 euro charge each. Good selection and great coffee. If we’re ever in the area we will definitely stay again!

Conveniently 10 minute walk from train station and 3 to the busplatz. A very comfortable room with a warm and welcoming staff they were proactive about being sure I knew things to do, had a map, etc. great water pressure. There’s a breakfast room, but there are also excellent pastries and coffee down the road at the busplatz. I enjoyed my stay!

We had a room which was not cheapest one and we got a room with a view to some sort middle of the building and roof windows after the windows from our room. If you want to see a hallway where other peoples rooms are this is fine, we did not like it. Theres no minibar or anything to keep your welcome water cool. At least there was clean and everything was good beyond these.

The front desk clerk was great….. once he arrived. No one in lobby on our arrival. And no employee could be found. Unable to check in until front desk clerk arrived to start his shift. The place is very worn out and needs repairs, painting, carpet replacement and general upkeep. Would not recommend this place.

Great location. Room in rear of hotel room was quiet. Parking underground hotel with elevator to the room. Very large well kept room. Great WiFi signal. Elevator. Great breakfast. The two front desk check-in personal, could have been a little more friendly and inviting. Check-in process took a real long time. Large rather newish bathroom. Central location to everything and had fantastic breakfast! Love the building. Comfortable stay overall but the interior, like carpets, really were stained and needed replacing. Also, the desk was not available when we tried to check in, so we had nowhere to put our bags while we walked around town.
