For the most part everything was ok. Your typical cheap hotel experience. However— it was a big issue that one of the beds had no sheets on our first night. The pull out specifically. Which was really annoying considering that the pullout is listed as a bed on the booking site and we were asked multiple times through booking process how many guests were staying.
When we arrived we contacted the hotel about the issue and were told where we could locate sheets in the building. A few of the floors have storage closets. Unfortunately— there were no sheets left in any of the closets. Because there is no staff on site, this meant all communication was happening through a chat bot and long story short, no sheets came on the first night. Just robotic apologies via text.
We ended up going to Target and bought our own sheets so one of us could sleep comfortably. It was kind of cold in the hotel and there wasn’t even a single extra blanket in the room. Even crappy motels usually have that. The next morning someone knocked on our door and dropped off sheets. A little late for that. I guess now we know that this is the downside of booking at a virtually-run hotel.

Stay was fabulous. Only thing, which is kinda small, there were not any pillows or blankets for the sleeper sofa. Other than that, everything was great.

The apartment was very nicely, laid out and comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for our family of five staying the weekend. The communication between the manager and I was great. They responded very quickly to any text.
The location is amazing. I highly suggest parking in the Greek town parking garage just to the left of the apartment building. About a block and a half away. Only cost us $30 for the whole weekend. Was easy to walk to most locations and the people mover was only a block and a half away.
The only downfall is that the building needs insulation noise and installation that is. You can hear even a standard conversation that is being held in the hallway inside your apartment.
A great bonus is there is a 7-Eleven‘s convenience store right attached to the apartment made it great to get up and walk down and get coffee in the morning. While the kids were still asleep! The location was safe enough that we felt we could leave our two teenage daughters and son alone in the apartment and walk over to the checkers bar on Saturday night for a nightcap.
See photo attached The apartment building is the short white apartment building of the photo if you zoom in you can actually see Cadillac Square where the Detroit Christmas tree is and ice rink only two blocks walking. We will be back!

Bed was hard as a rock, like Fred’s and Wilma’s. HVAC was either HELL on Fire or the ARTIC. Although convenience to locations was great, size of rooms was awesome. Fix the bed and hvac and you will get 5 stars from me.

Entrance wasn't the clearest, as you have apartments next door with virtually the same name (Cadillac) so needs better signage. To check in, you need to pre fill a form and submit your ID and all sorts, similar to passing airport security! Why? To save a few $$ on a check in clerk.
Booked for 2, only one set of bedding. Finally got some extra.
Needs work on delivery of service.

The room wasn't dirty, but wasn't clean. The paint, furniture, cabinets, etc. were all beat up, but not "broken". Bathroom and water pressure were good, though the toilet seat was loose/slid around. Couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Floors and carpets needed cleaning. The lobby had a disgusting stench that bounced between "feces" and "feces covered with a broken bottle of perfume". Overall I would give it a 3.5 but that's not an option. Affordable, good location, but I would not book again unless the issues mentioned were addressed. Easiest place to park is the deck at Congress and Randolph-- the surface lots nearby are cash only and scammy.

If things had worked as they were supposed to, this would have been a perfectly fine, reasonably priced option (much cheaper than nearby hotels). But the virtual front desk is not working. We had major issues accessing our room and retrieving our luggage from storage after checkout (a service offered by the building).
When we arrived, the door to our room had been bolted and we could not open it with our key code. We called the virtual front desk and they sent someone to fix it in 20 minutes. I don't know what would have happened on a weekend when there was no employee in the building.
We then left our bags in the storage room after checking out. Just to make sure, I texted the virtual front desk to confirm that our building+room code would continue to give us access to the building and luggage room after we checked out. I received a response confirming this. But then, when we returned for our bags later in the day, our code of course did NOT work. I texted with the virtual front desk, received an unhelpful response suggesting they did not understand the issue, and was put on hold for 10 minutes when I called the concierge while standing outside the building. We ended up getting our luggage using a code our friends (who also stayed there) had managed to obtain after encountering the same issue. I finally received a text message response from the concierge...2.5 hours later, when we were boarding the plane home.

Very nice property, first time with a virtual front desk and it was super painless! Walking distance to Ford Field and Comerica. Would definitely stay again. Only downfall was we were unable to find the extra blanket and pillows for the pullout couch.

This place was amazing! It was perfect. It was the best priced place we could find for our stay and it was fabulous. It was literally like a studio apartment. The pictures really do not do it justice! And it is in the center of downtown so we never had to use a car- we just walked! I will definately stay here again when we come back to MI. LOVED IT!

It was a great apartment however there was a questionable crowd loitering right outside the building which was a bit weird.

Clean, comfortable rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer. Would be good for a short or long stay. Area is downtown and central but did not feel totally safe. But is a block or two away from a much better area and I am sure it will soon improve. There is a security person in the lobby at night so that was reassuring.

Reservation didn’t even go through with Expedia. Called the day of and the place had none of our information. Received a refund from Expedia and tried to book again directly with Kasa Cadillac and they canceled again (4 hours later) because I put my card information incorrectly. Customer service was not helpful.

Great location! Perfect for walking around downtown. They have security 24/7 which is a plus and you have to have a code to get in which made it even more safe. Highly recommend.
