We had a great experience at Hiyori Hotel in Nov 24. The room was slightly larger than the typical size for Japan. We enjoyed sitting at the window having our breakfast people watching. The bathroom facilities were brilliant and we had free welcome gifts such as face masks and tea. The hotel is between 3-10 min walk depending which gate you need for train. About 5 minute walk from Dontoburi with every shop and restaurant you need! Despite its location it was quiet and we slept well, highly recommended.

Check in is quick and friendly. Room is small. It is near Namba station and Nanha Station, very convenient for commuting to airport. Shopping mall is also nearby. Very good experience, breakfast need to choose time slot and store luggage is in lobby floor and it can be very crowded sometimes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Location is close to Namba Nankai station that it made such an easy trip from Kansai Airport using the Nankai Limited Express train. Also location is close to many of the places to visit in Dontombori. Shower in the room was a plus, Would definitely stay there again!

It was a great stay again at this hotel. Location is excellent as it was so near train station. Service was superb as they accommodated to our request for a room change to a bigger room. They took effort to provide us with things we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. They even have welcome drinks and a complimentary meal for guests.

Our stay was a mixed bag of good and bad: Good: Staff are helpful, professional. Breakfast was excellent. The room on the second night( 2 twin bed) was excellent. Bad:The 1st night room was small. We were wlling to pay for an upgrade, but we were not successful. Dye to a broken safe deposit box. We were upgrade to another room free of charge. This was alot better. Had we had this room initially. We would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Good stay over all, rooms are small. Hot springs were great especially after walking all day. The only complaint is that some people didn't respect silence and brought their screeming kids into the baths.

Rooms were tiny but well maintained, with a tatami section. Overall the hotel does not have many amenities, but doing things well. The location is next to Namba City, providing an easy access to the metro and some restaurants. Also very close to the city center.

Great location and facilities. We took the rapid train to Namba Station and walk not more than 2 mins here. I really love the location. Quite a lot of shopping points are here which you will never get bored. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back.

Other than the typically small Japanese hotel room everything was terrific. Adjacent to Namba Station (a City in itself) made it super easy to get anywhere, that said, many of the great attractions are within easy walking distance.
