The stay was great besides the TV reception it was terrible only 3 channels and they were not clear the whole time….dont think it’s a good idea for a hotel to have satellite as cable….that was the only downfall of the stay

when I checked in the front staff was by getting more distracted with other guest. felt like my business wasn’t valued. no direction to elevator, which was odd since they had two separate ones that went to different floors. I went on the wrong one the first time. when I went to my FIRST room, my key unlocked the door but someone else’s items were inside. immediately I went back down to let them know someone was in my room. front desk was puzzled. took another 20 mins to get me straight. back and forth with issues on my reservation. asked for king bed and they kept saying queen. once I got to my room it was fine. property is under renovation so the rooms look rushed. once checking out, the front desk person was off to the side on FaceTime. Did not even notice me until I said something. Took about 25 mins to check out because the front desk from check in booked me for two rooms not one. Overall it was an average experience but when I travel back up to this area for work, this is not a place I will be staying again. Most concerns was safety of multiple keys going to the same room / potential squatters and lack of customer service.

The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the customer service was wonderful. We only stayed one night but I would definitely go back. We did not get to experience everything. It had a bar a pool with jacuzzi and a great area that served food. The driver of the service provided was very helpful

The front desk person was not very helpful or did he go through our information and stay. He did not provide any insight on our stay. We basically had to ask all the questions that he barely had answers to whereas last year when we stayed here we were accommodated above and beyond. Please don’t have people who are training on staff train and work by themselves. It’s not a good look. Sadly our stay was not as pleasant as last time. Do better with your check in staff. Also got charged twice because he didn’t know how to use the computer or system to check people’s information. We got a refund but what an inconvenience. Don’t put people under 20 years old to run the front desk. Do better.

I checked yesterday evening and everything went fine until thus morning. I was awakened at 8am to a construction crew hammering and sawing in the room above me. I called the front desk and they confirmed that hotel is renovating the room above me. Thus cannot possibly be happening at 8am on a Sunday morning. Very poor consideration for guests staying in your hotel. I will not be staying here again.
