Tv not working Bedside lights not working but a feeble night light under the bed 3rd single bed as a pull down bed in a wardrobe so no actual usable wardrobe- this was not disclosed when booking as otherwise would have gone elsewhere No bed side light available for pull down bed Only towels for 2 people but there were 3 of us Toilet brush stuck in holder with faeces stained toilet paper clearly seen in the top bristles of the brush Shower door handle fitted back to front so handle on outer side of shower door. Luckily I’m tall enough to reach the gap between the top of the door and the ceiling to open it. A shorter person would have been trapped. 1 very flat pillow for each person. Even a staff member said to me “this place is no good for anything but one night”, when I complained.

We knew we had to expect a “budget” hotel, but there were holes in the bedsheet, bedsheets were unclean, there were no hangers or hooks for even a coat, walls were dirty and damaged. Bed was also squeaky all the time and light on one side of the bed didn’t work. Room was not done during our stay which also came as a surprise (this is still a hotel?). Also for 75 euros + 10 euros (parking, not 8 euros) we can’t really call this a budget hotel anymore. Much better can be found for 85 euros in the area.

I did not like that the bed was against the wall,so i could not get out of bed without climbing over partner! Room was TOO small,i know its a budget but it was far too small. For the money you could have stayed in alot of hotels in area for the same money and had a better breakfast and larger room.

The name on the hotel does NOT include Knokke. This is misleading to be advertised as such on Expedia. It is outside the town and 3Km from the train station with very infrequent buses to the hotel. On departure the receptionist gave me wrong timing of the bus ( in writing). Did not give proper direction for the bus stop and not helpful overall. The room was clean. Breakfast was alright.

Nice, new hotel. Comfortable rooms. The neighbourhood is quite sad, but the coast is just a 10 min taxi ride away. Breakfast was disappointing, no proper bread, no freshly cut fruit and in general very limited and unhealthy choices. But all in all good value for money.
