Cheap hotel for a cheap rate.

Woeful stay.
Room hotter than the sun with no means to turn anything down or open a window in a window room.
Walls to the hallway were paper thin and random noises coming from all areas all night.
Mattresses solid as rock with a bed frame of literally wooden blocks which sounds like a ship whenever you turned.
Luckily stayed for 5 hours only before a flight, will never use again.

I don't know why this hotel gets so many bad reviews, the staff are always nice, it's convenient for the airport, has been modernised and is great value for money.
I've stayed a few times before catching an early flight. I would recommend it.

Budget hotel, so usually good with basics but the air was uncomfortably hot and stale. Mentioned to reception and they "turned on" the AC. It did nothing. I chose this over Thistle because they advertised AC, but no such thing and I suffered all night from it. It's like a prison cell. Had to put a shoe to keep the door open for some air flow. If you know Luton, not the safest to do this but it was needed. Choose Thistle with their free breakfast and at least they have a fan and open windows.

The men on reception were very helpful both gave me directions to local facilities and one obtained a hair dryer for me to use. The room was comfortable and clean and I slept well. It wasn't a problem for me as I had enough , however a couple may find a single pillow each not enough. Toiletries were lovely and I liked the fact it was not carpet flooring - so much cleaner.

I liked how easy it us to get to the hotel from the train station and convenient location for shopping or food. Also room was very clean.
I did not like that the room was very cold - colder than the corridor... to keep warm had to keep under the duvet.
Also did not like that I could hear through walls when someone spoke behind them. All day and night somebody was either talking or banging on the neighbouring doors.
And no toilet brush by the toilet, meant I couldnt keep it as clean as I would like it to be.
And no tea/coffee facility.

Really nice place to stay for 2 nights and definitely a bargain! Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Location is spot on too!

close to train staion perfect for me as as didnt walk around luton carrying bags the receptionist very helpful and friendly and approachable will definitely book again next time i need stay in luton only downside i can think of for for rooms arent that big so space could become a promblem for longer stays there is storage under bed but wasnt a promblem on my viat

The cleaners and receptionists are always quite rude and intrusive

Check in we was left for 15-20mins as the guy on the desk was not present.
