Excellent front desk staff. Very personable and helpful. Especially impressed by prime parking space reserved for veterans. Something I had never seen before. Thank you very much for that (Vietnam veteran).

There was no Internet and no TV the night I stayed there

When I checked in, I was given my room key with no instructions on where to go, what to expect, etc. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. After realizing the tv wasn’t working, I went to the front desk to ask about it. All that was said to me was, “yeah, it doesn’t work.” After asking more questions, I was told that it was the entire hotel. Ok. That should have been mentioned at check-in. After a while, I went to see the pool and it was closed (see pictures). Once again, should have been mentioned at check-in. Later in the evening, went to the front desk to ask about food delivery suggestions and was told there wasn’t any. No suggestions given. Asked where there was a vending machine and was informed there wasn’t any in the building, even though there were signs saying “Vending & Ice Machine” on every floor. See

I checked in at 10 pm and was told they were still cleaning the rooms. Finally, my room was ready but they had brought me no clean towels. Also, the tv didn't work.

The room was clean but there was no towels and no shampoo. The door on room 312 would not shut properly and at 2am someone tried to open my door. The safety door latch stopped them from coming in but I couldn't sleep the rest of the night.

No TV, no toilet paper, our toiletries that were in our room were empty, the pool was not usable, no breakfast, our shower didn't work right, no ice machines working. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in cause the person couldn't log into the computer. When we finally was able to check in the sent to our and it was not cleaned. This was 6:00pm. The bed was unmade and the bathroom was a mess. So they gave us another room.We would have went to another motel but this was prepaid through Expedia with no refund. We will never stay at his motel again!

When I tried to check in, the desk clerk said they were having trouble with Expedia reservations and could not find mine. They said I could still book a room if I wanted to wait while one was cleaned, so I did. When it was supposedly ready I went to the room and it had not been cleaned at all; it was filthy and looked like the previous people had just left. I told the same desk clerk and they were very apologetic and said they would get it cleaned. I had to leave so I said as long as it was clean when I got back that would be fine. I didn't get back to the hotel until 2:30 am. I had left my suitcase there and the door was not closed all the way. The beds were made very sloppily and I could tell the sheets hadn't been changed; there was actually something stuck to one of them (it looked like a bow from a present or something). There were no towels and no soap, and the same empty soap bottle was lying on the bathroom counter where it had been before. I told the guy at the front desk and he went into the room without me. When he came out I told him again that the sheets didn't look clean and he said it seemed fine. I said there were no towels and he said something about a problem in the laundry but he would get me one. He never came back and I was not sleeping on dirty sheets, so I left and went to another hotel. When I told the desk clerk there I'd had a bad experience at another hotel, he said "was it LaQuinta?"
TLDR: Don't stay here; it sucks.

They were overbooked and we had to find another hotel with handicapped accessibility at 9 pm. Why did I purchase booking protection?? Expedia and La Quinta will be hearing from me in the morning.

While the staff tried their best, they were pretty unprofessional. Lots of people clearly living where they worked. No rooms left because of this, since there weren't many other guests there when I stayed. Tried to check in at 4:30, an hour and a half after I was permitted to, and the room was filthy. Trash everywhere, unmade bed, used towels all over the bathroom. Called the front desk and told them about it, and it wasn't for another 2 hours that the room was cleaned. And even when the room finally was cleaned there was still used washcloths underneath the sink, and hair in the bathroom trash can. Lots of employees hanging out in the hallways and in the lobby consistently. One employee was passed out drunk on a table in the lobby when I first arrived at the hotel. Which probably should have been a sign of what was to come. None of the TVs worked. And I could go on. DON'T USE THIS SPACE!!! Spend a little extra money and go somewhere else in town.

We arrived to check in for the night. Our desk clerk was new, which she let us know she had only started that day or the day before. She was having a lot of trouble with the check-in. Another woman arrived to assist and she was having just as much trouble. I asked for the manager and the second woman went to fetch her. When she arrived at the desk she smelled of marijuana. She assisted with the check-in and we finally went on our way. We got to the room and set our thing out. I opened the small refrigerator and found that food from the last stay was still sitting there. I called the desk to let them know and the young lady that we had first met was very apologetic. We turned on the television and the service was in and out. So we called the desk again. Thee tech that arrived said that they had been having trouble with the television service for some time. We went out for a bag of ice for the ice bucket and came to the front desk. They gave us a bag for the ice bucket but when we stopped on the first and second floors for ice neither was functioning. Something that should have been mention when we asked for the ice bag for the ice bucket. We finally decided to use our own service to watch tv and the password given for WiFi was wrong. We took our showers and during the time that we brushed our teeth we didn't notice but after we were done when we went to shut the water to the sink off it would stop running. I'm not talking about a small drip or stream. It was on fully and did

I booked 2 king rooms and received confirmation of the room through Expedia. The rooms were not available upon check-in and I was given the choice to cancel or take the queen rooms (no discount given). The next major issue was that the staff were unable to check us in due to either a computer issue or lack of knowledge on how to operate the system. My spouse and the coupe we were with spent 30 minutes waiting for 5 different people trying to figure out how to process our payments. They never could figure out how to do it so we hand to fill out paper forms with our credit card information. Long story short, the worst check-in experience I have ever had. We witnessed at least 4 other families that had reservations and the hotel was apparently overbooked. All of them left the hotel very upset!

Upon arrival the elevator did not work, i was on third floor and the whole staircase was dirty, none of the ice machines worked and i was in the room for all of 5 min and i found a flea on my leg. I went downstairs very calmly as i knew the staff could only do so much and the lady at the desk was super polite, apologetic and professional. I asked to check out that same day and she said she not only would not charge me but offered a drink and help on my way out. I think her name was Kimberly?thats the only reason the overall review is a 5 star, because she handled herself and others i witnessed with a great and positive strong attitude.

Pool was closed for repairs. WiFi was not working. Elevators were not working. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Tv channels glitched a lot.
We didn’t plan on using the pool, didn’t need the wifi and we’re ok with stairs to second floor. We have a small dog and always stay with La quinta for our pet.

The elevator was out order, the pool was closed down (water was green), the WiFi wasn’t working- the bathroom faucet wasn’t attached to the vanity, guests were smoking marijuana right outside the front door

The check in process was horrible, but come to realize it was not the manager's fault. They are completely short-staffed and the group of people in front of us. We're extremely rude. Yelling and screaming about the service.

When we checked in, our bed wasn’t made. There was a fitted sheet and a light bed covering on the counter. The bathroom contained 1 towel.
Since it was late, we made do for the night. The next day I told them about the bedding. They never brought the rest of the bedding.
There were no clean towels either day we were there. The stairwells and front entrance reeked of marijuana.

I stay in hotels weekly for work and this hotel was terrible. There was no staff there when I checked in, the front door had a sticker from the city saying they lost their occupancy license, no wifi, abandoned cars in the parking lot, random people that weren’t staying their hanging out behind the building, no breakfast or coffee the second morning.

The fact that I reserved and paid for a king room and then when I get there to check in I'm told there is no king room available and they will have to put me in a double queen room. They refused to compensate me for the downgrade. Then the front desk person says they have to go check to see if the room is empty. When they came back they had what seemed to be 2 unhappy people with them, as if they'd been thrown out, it was very uncomfortable situation.

We are regulars as I have family here and visit often. We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and the condition of the hotel has gone downhill. Place used to be really nice and well kept. Not anymore. Overall stay was okay.

The window was broken in one room, the floors were dirty in the bathroom. The showers did not have hot water. The fitness center did not open until 7 am.

This was a convenient place for us to stay on a quick family trip. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed anything. However, the shower in our room had a problem with the gead and sprayed all over the place. Tub also wouldn't drain well. Not huge problems, but more inconvenient because we had to be weary of how everything was positioned and keep towels in the floor to sop up water.

It was Very Good. We have stayed several times & they are very very, Helpful, Nice & Friendly. Room is Clean. Need extra towels, blankets they get for you. Their beds are comfortable . The Staff is professional .

We had 2 rooms. One room had dried blood on the bedding, was given a new blanket and told to put the dirty one in the hallway. Second room was double charged. They said they reversed it but still haven't seen it in the bank and the bank doesn't see it so far. The 2nd room also had bed bugs and a urine stain on the mattress. Talked to training manager and was told all they could do was take off the 25.00 pet fee. When I questioned further about it I was given attitude from the manager. I told her I was reporting to Wyndham and she said okay, she didn't care. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to have dirty stained beds and bedding, bed bugs and attitude.
