This was a two night stay during a 10 day holiday in France. The hotel quality in all respects was excellent. The spa was enjoyable with an excellent range of facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The locality is wonderful close to the old city and lovely coastal walks. Recommended!

Amazing stay, very comfy and spa is fab. WiFi not brilliant even though it shows good connection on my phone, it doesn't load well at all and I ended giving up. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice including scrambled eggs bacon and sausages. Will definitely be back

The spa facility and being close to the beach were great. The guest rooms are very dated, hence the 3* rating.

The hotel is nice, but it was really upsetting that the spa is closed at 6p on Sundays even during the summer. It only reopens at 9:30a on Mondays. This is not advertised anywhere as you go through the booking process. On top of that, check in is at 4p and check out is at 11a. So basically, if you arrive on a Sunday for one night, there is very little value in staying at a spa hotel that you can barely use. This borders false advertising, as we paid much more to stay here precisely because of the spa. Another really strange thing was the lack of chairs around the outside swimming pool.
Beyond that the hotel is in a beautiful location, rooms are nice, and the common areas are pretty.

I thought that the service varied a lot. Some of the staff seemed very uninterested in the guests (us), but the others (one man in particular) was extremely helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Kudos to him!!

Hotel was clean and the room was ideal. The cleaning staff were good and always friendly but reception and restaurant staff obviously need training in hospitality. Hotel was quite a walk from main part of Concarneau.

Nice hotel. Bit quiet out of season. Didn't use the spa. Bar area was un-manned and unused.

Super spa. As we extended our stay had to change rooms, the second one had u/s air conditioning- unfortunate as weather was very hot, and toilet packed up too.

Nice spa hotel with free parking about 15 mins walk from the town centre. Great value for the size and quality of the room. Reasonable continental breakfast too. Pleasant helpful staff.

Close to the beach but away from the town centre, a modern conference-style hotel with no character. Seemed almost empty when we stayed. Room was comfortable but we had to shut the windows during the night because of a strong unpleasant smell like rotten eggs or gas.

Started badly, given wrong directions to room. Which when eventually found was the wrong room. Paid for sea view, they had booking as std. To be fair the guy on reception who thankfully spoke English very well upgraded us to jnr suit. We then saw the notice on reception saying spa only open for 1hr 15mins that day and then closed the following day till 16.00!!!! Now as the whole point in booking this hotel for my wife's birthday on 11th was to spend whole day in spa and having treatments. You can imagine our disappointment. Same guy on reception said he would see what he could do. Long story short we were eventually allowed in at 15.00hrs on 11th. We were told by reception that all booking sites are informed that there is restricted access to the Spa, but I did not find this information on any of them, or on my confirmation of booking and still can't. I have queried this with Hotels.com 4 days ago, still no response. If Spa is more for paying public rather than hotel guests, they should make this VERY clear. Not once did we here the word sorry! It simply did not seem to be an issue to them. If this is a hotel with occasional access to a spa, rather than a Hotel Spa then they need to take Spa out of their name!!
