My husband and I had the absolute BEST stay with Ingrid at this lovely, enchanting bed and breakfast. She was the consummate hostess, lovely, helpful with questions about the island and nearby nature preserve, and an incredible cook. Our first morning she made us scrambled eggs on toast with fresh fruit, avocado, and a side salad. Day two she accommodated a slightly earlier breakfast for us as we had to get going to our second hotel. It was banana and blueberry pancakes with toasted cinnamon walnuts, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. Both were simply delicious and so above and beyond what we were expecting! But that’s Ingrid :) The coffee was delicious too.
The accommodations were home-y and simple, very cutely decorated. The fridge in our room was stocked with fresh water and a few free beverages, including beers brewed on the island that my husband loved! The a/c worked great, though we only used it a little as the climate was temperate. Our room came with a lovely little balcony where we could sit out and look onto some of the landscape.
The common spaces were beautiful, the house is colorful and property filled with plants and flowers. We had breakfast on the wrap-around porch among the plants. There were some bugs around because of the plants, but Ingrid and her friend lit candles and offered bug spray. The property was a short drive (you could even walk) to the National park.
We could not be happier with our stay, 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Aruba!!

I didn't like that I made my reservation months in advance but it was changed to a smaller room after I arrived. I had to shate a twin bed with my husband. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and no net. We loved the breakfast.

It was perfect for me because I wanted to be close to Arikok Park. The hotel was basically at the entrance to the park. I was the only guest so I had the house to myself. Watched Thurs Nite Football and ate hot wings. Easier to get there with a car, but a taxi will do too.

We loved staying here 4 nights in December. This was our first trip to Aruba, and we will be back to stay at Ingrid's place the next time we're in town. Her meals are great and she is helpful with offering advice on what beaches to visit and places to see when in Aruba. This bed and breakfast is not close to the beach so you will have to rent a car when your plane lands, but it is worth the privacy. Beach chairs and towels are available to use, and there is a small fee for laundry services that is definitely worth it.

This is a nice quiet getaway. The owner is a nice pleasant lady. I wish we could stayed longer.
